While celebrating the birthday party of her friend's son David in the park with her sisters, Prue sees a demon kidnapping the boy and uses her power trying to avoid. The despicable Bay Weekly tabloid journalist Eric Lohman witness and blackmails Prue. Meanwhile, Piper and Prue finds that the demon is a Grimlock that can only be vanquished with the root of Schisandra; further, twenty years ago two boys were kidnapped in the same spot and one of them called Brent Miller survived, but totally blind. Phoebe contacts him while Piper visits Josh to get some maps of the underground of San Francisco. When Eric goes to the office of Inspector Andy Trudeau, Prue is forced to reveal the secret of the Halliwell sisters to him.
"Out of Sight" is one of the best episodes of the First Season of "Charmed". The story is dark, and now with Andy aware of the powers of Prue, Piper and Phoebe, the stories will certainly shift to another direction. There is an amazing mistake of sequence when Prue is preparing the potion with Schisandra: she is ready to fill a bottle, the telephone rings, and when she returns, the bottle is full. My vote is ten.
