To me the only part that was worth at all was the "Homo" part. And I'm not saying that because I am a homo myself. It's just the only part that felt and sounded realistic. Well, maybe the other 2 are just allegories and I am too stupid or down-to-earth to get what they really meant to say ? Well, Jean Genet is not an easy writer and using some f his works for a movie is no easy task, but the movie keeps mixing the 3 parts throughout and not only is it confusing but it does become annoying after a short time. I guess on the whole you could say the movie lacks consistency. Sorry there are parts I could not help watching with my finger on fast forward.
