Analog Filmmaking - Analog Film Projection

I am a celluloid warrior. I am old school preferring to watch movies shot on film stock and shown on movie projectors. I support the efforts of filmmakers and revival movie exhibitors to keep this format alive. I believe film-making is a craft and an art form and film stock is the superior format. I think movies shot and shown on film should continue to be viewed as they were intended. I believe filmmakers should the option to use either. I support directors Quentin Tarantino, Christopher Nolan, and Paul Thomas Anderson in their fight to keep film alive.

Digital Filmmaking - Digital Cinema Package

I am a digital futurist. It is the dawn of a new age, digital cinematography and digital projection are the wave of the future. I believe they are here to stay, as we must look forward and not backward. I support filmmakers, studios, and exhibitors conversion of movie theaters to digital projectors. I believe technological advances will soon make digital the superior format. I think the cost savings and convenience justify its current use despite some quality differences. I support directors George Lucas, Peter Jackson, and James Cameron in embracing all digital film-making.
