Clearly, people wanted to see Andy Serkis acting like a primate, so that's good news for Andy and bad news for any real primates who were hoping to star in any upcoming remakes of Dunston Checks In. The first film in the rebooted franchise, Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes, only made $54 million in its debut, meaning the sequel beat it by almost $19 million.
