They don’t call it Super Tuesday for nothing. Fifteen states and one territory are holding their primaries on Tuesday, and 854 Republican delegates are up for grabs. Donald Trump is cleaning up so far, and it looks like he’ll walk away from the election cycle’s largest single-day primary dump with the nomination all-but secured.
Trump will win the nomination once he secures 1,215 delegates, and for his sole opponent Nikki Haley, the math ain’t’ mathin’. Trump is a whisper away from finally making a rematch with President Biden...

The Kansas City Chiefs delivered a blowout win against the Chicago Bears on Sunday, but it wasn’t the score that left fans breathless. The internet broke over the all-but-confirmation that one Ms. Americana — Taylor Swift — and Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce are starting their very own love story. Swift was spotted enthusiastically cheering on Kelce from a private box at Arrowhead Stadium, in the company of Kelce’s mother, Donna. The pair were later spotted together in the stadium and drove off to dinner in Kelce’s own getaway car.

Fox News kicked off a marketing campaign for its new primetime lineup, touting the four conservative hosts helming the weekday evenings as “the right voices at the right time.”

Fox News’ lineup changes will shift two familiar faces, Jesse Watters and Greg Gutfeld, to primetime — a move that is bound to secure a ratings bump while ushering in a new brand of extremism that media experts warn could be a “liability” for the network in the wake of the Dominion Voting Systems settlement.
Announced just over two months after Tucker Carlson’s abrupt departure, Watters has effectively been crowned his successor after taking over the 8 p.m. timeslot, which had been occupied by “Fox News Tonight” since Carlson’s absence.

Fox News is shaking up its primetime lineup … on the weekends, at least.
The cable news channel says that it will launch a new lineup beginning this weekend, with some shows switching timeslots, and one program, The Next Revolution with Steve Hilton, ending its run on the channel.
Hilton has hosted The Next Revolution Sundays at 9 p.m. since 2017. Fox News says that he will remain with the channel as a contributor, and is stepping back “to focus on his new California non-partisan policy organization launching next week.”
Former Congressman Trey Gowdy, who has hosted Fox’s 7 p.m. hour on Sundays with Sunday Night in America, will take Hilton’s 9 p.m. timeslot.

Update: Fox News issued another statement to address potential changes to its primetime schedule, this time on the status of Laura Ingraham.
A network spokesperson said, “Reports based on various tweets by left wing activists are wildly inaccurate — Laura Ingraham, the top-rated woman in cable news, is now and will continue to be a prominent host and integral part of the Fox News lineup.”
The latest Fox News statement does not address whether she will remain in her 10 p.m. Et time period, but the network statement is a pushback on social media rumors that she is exiting.
The speculation about Ingraham started after the Drudge Report, in its main headline, reported that Fox News was about to overhaul its primetime line up, with Hannity leading the 8 p.m. hour and shows hosted by Jesse Watters and Greg Gutfeld taking the later slots. That left the question of what would happen to Ingraham.

Fox News Channel is considering “multiple scenarios” for its primetime lineup after the ouster of Tucker Carlson, with the network declining to comment on a recent report that veteran Sean Hannity might move into its primetime lead-off hour at 8 p.m.

Fox News Media, known best for shows led by Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham, is placing new emphasis on programming that relies more heavily on Kevin Costner, weather emergencies and Greg Gutfeld.
In a meeting with advertisers slated to be held Tuesday, executives at the Fox Corp.-backed operation, will spotlight a growing array of lifestyle content, while continuing to nod to the political programming that draws some of its networks’ biggest audiences. Among the Fox News Media executives scheduled to be on hand were Suzanne Scott, the CEO, and Jay Wallace, president and executive editor.
“If you take a look at our overall audience across all of Fox News Media, 40% comes from lifestyle – sports, weather, entertainment offerings,” says Jeff Collins, executive vice president of advertsing sales for Fox News Media. “We just want to reiterate to our clients the depth and breadth of this type of content...

On Tuesday morning, Fox News will gather dozens of its top advertisers in the studio that normally houses Greg Gutfeld’s 11 p.m. show.
Amid a tumultuous news environment (between a potential indictment of Donald Trump, concerns over bank failures, and a variety of headlines about Fox News itself tied to the defamation lawsuit from Dominion Voting Systems), the conservative cable news channel will host its upfront presentation, pitching advertisers on why they should be spending their hard-earned dollars with Fox.
While Fox News is a dominant player in cable TV (it was the most-watched cable channel in total viewers last year, beating ESPN by nearly half a million viewers), cable news, with its older audience and occasionally polarizing programming, has not historically been a priority for major brand advertisers (and that’s before considering recent headlines).

June has always held a special place in my heart. It is the month that marks the end of a painful chapter in American history. On Sunday, we celebrate Juneteenth and remember the many who sacrificed so much to bring an end to slavery.
For as long as I can remember, my Mama and Daddy talked to my siblings and I about the meaning and the importance of Juneteenth. This was especially honored in my household growing up in the state of Texas, the state where troops arrived in Galveston to ensure all slaves would be freed.
As kids, we learned about the struggles and strife that impacted my community not just during around this solemn holiday, but year-round. More importantly, Mama and Daddy sought to inspire us and reinforce the idea that – in the United States – the American Dream is attainable. My Daddy made it clear that despite the historical injustices our community faced,...

Amy Schumer, one of the three co-hosts at the 2022 Oscars (you may remember her dangling from the ceiling in a Spider-Man suit), hit Instagram late Tuesday night with what appeared, at first, to be a simple plug of her latest show, “Life & Beth” on Hulu, and a reminder that she’s taking her live act on the road this autumn. What came next, however, was Schumer’s attempt to unpack her feelings following Sunday night’s Oscars shocker: Will Smith slapping Chris Rock across the face.
“But for real,” she wrote in her caption. “Still triggered and traumatized.”
Schumer, who was not involved in any direct way with the incident, added, “I’m still in shock and stunned and sad. I’m proud of myself and my co-hosts. But yeah. Waiting for this sickening feeling to go away from what we all witnessed.”

Fox News will install Lawrence Jones and Brian Kilmeade in new solo hours on Saturday nights, filling two holes vacated when the Fox Corp.-backed network moved Jesse Watters and Jeanine Pirro to new weekday duties.
As part of the overhaul, Dan Bongino’s show will move to 9 p.m. from 10 p.m. eastern, anchoring between Kilmeade at 9 p.m,. and Jones at 10, creating a three-hour opinion block that starts in early evening. The new lineup will kick off January 29.
The moves elevate an up-and-coming presence at Fox News as well as one of its veterans. Jones, a former activist for conservative and libertarian causes, joined Fox News in 2018, often leading “people in the street” segments during Sean Hannity’s primetime show. A man has been arrested and charged with arson for allegedly burning a 50-foot tall Christmas tree outside the Fox News headquarters in New York City.
According to a New York Police Department spokesperson, a 49-year-old homeless man named Craig Tamanaha was charged Wednesday morning at 12:23 a.m. for arson, criminal trespassing, criminal tampering, criminal mischief, endangering others, disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment. At 12:14 a.m., he was spotted by Fox News Channel security guards climbing the Christmas tree outside their office on the corner of West 48th Street and Sixth Avenue in Midtown.
Fdny firefighters put out the blaze within the tree without further injury or incident. Upon arrest, police officers found a lighter on Tamanaha, but it’s unclear if any accelerant was used. There were no injuries during the incident, and the NYC Fire Marshall is working to determine a cause of the fire as the investigation is ongoing.

On Thursday’s “Late Show,” Stephen Colbert reached out to a higher power with a plea that Georgia governor and a “man whose smile has anger issues,” Brian Kemp, never runs for president. On Wednesday, Kemp went on Fox News to condemn vaccine passports and butchered an expression so badly that George W. Bush was like, “wait, what did he say?”
“It is America, the land of the home, and freedom reigns,” Kemp said as he signed off from his interview.
“Land of the home and freedom reigns! It’s as American as pie-ball and the mom and bars,” Colbert joked.
“I got to say, props to Fox host Lawrence Jones, who just rolled with it,” Colbert said of the young Fox News host who slickly replied to Kemp’s mistake without missing a beat. “For now it is,” he said.
