In an elder take on Adventures in Babysitting, comedic talents Billy Crystal and Bette Midler have teamed for Parental Guidance. Aside from an odd foreign film and a uncredited cameo in Tooth Fairy, this will mark the former star’s first feature film appearance in the flesh in over a decade. We’ve got the first trailer for the family comedy today, which is directed by Race to Witch Mountain and The Game Plan director Andy Fickman.
The jokes are a bit obvious, but it’s nice to have Crystal back up on the big screen, as he looks to be having a good time. For those not wanting to see Django Unchained (who are you?!), this could be passable counter-programming.
