ITV2 has been ordered by the High Court to pay more than £4 million in damages to reality TV producer Neville Hendricks's company.
The contract dispute ended with Justice Flaux instructing the channel to compensate Mr H TV Ltd, which had worked on shows involving Peter Andre.
The case saw the High Court judge call Andre a liar and an "extremely unsatisfactory witness" last week, after the singer was deemed to have fabricated evidence.
He testified in the summer that Hendricks had threatened Claire Powell, who was Hendricks's business partner in 2011. At the time, he told the court that Powell confided in him, saying that Hendricks also wanted to end Andre's career.
"I am quite satisfied that no death threats were ever made by Mr Hendricks against Miss Powell or against anyone else," Flaux said.
"I have thought long and hard before reaching this conclusion about a well-known entertainer who is in the public eye.

Here's some heart-wrenching news for fans of classic Hammer horror films. Turns out the owner of Bray Studios, where the iconic studio filmed many of its most classic films, is looking to turn this once mecca of horror into luxury homes.
According to the UK's Daily Mail, the owner of Bray Studios in Berkshire, Neville Hendricks, says the iconic location is no longer viable for movie-making – and that he wants to put up to seven executive homes on the site.
But the plan has infuriated big names in the movie business, including Terry Gilliam, director of The Fisher King, and Richard O’Brien, composer and star of The Rocky Horror Picture Show – who are backing a campaign to save the studios. Protesters have set up a Save Bray Studios Facebook page and started an online petition. They claim that the studios are struggling only because show business agent Hendricks, who owns the site near Windsor,...

In a shocking turn of events reported by the UK Daily Mail, the owner of Bray Studios – the landmark site of countless horror films, including many from Hammer's classic era of the '50s and '60s, like Horror of Dracula and Curse of Frankenstein – has announced that the Berkshire, UK site will no longer be available to the film industry, and will instead be torn down to make way for luxury housing. As you can imagine, the announcement set off a firestorm of protests, with filmmakers like Terry Gilliam (who filmed some of The Imaginarium Of Doctor Parnassus at Bray) and Rocky Horror's Richard O’Brien joining the ranks of the outraged. The protesters argue that the Bray's financial decline is due to mishandling of the site by its owner, Neville Hendricks. “There is still a place for the smaller studios like Bray,” says Gilliam. “There is a feeling...

Katie Price's former management team member Neville Hendricks has revealed that he plans to publish documentation proving that certain colleagues released "untrue" stories about the star. Hendricks - formerly of Can Associates - tweeted last night about how he recently apologised to Price over "damaging" press coverage. He wrote: "Very soon I am going to explain exactly what I apologised to Katie Price about and certain people will hang their heads in shame." He followed this up today by tweeting: "The reason why I apologised to Katie Price was that certain people you I had worked with were feeding untrue and damaging stories to the press without my or Nicola Partridge knowledge (sic). "I am going to back up this statement with documentation so that no one can challenge it. I will give you more tomorrow." (more)...

Peter Andre has confirmed that he will begin filming a new "reality show" very soon.
