“I hope that history repeats itself,” says Amar Santana at the start of the two-part season finale of “Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen.” “Season 13 of ‘Top Chef’ I won ‘Last Chance Kitchen’ and came back and went to the finale, and this season means a lot more to me because I’m competing against the best of the best. It’s my one chance to get back into this competition.” Watch his battle against Sara Bradley and Charbel Hayek above, and then watch the second part of “Lck” below.

Everyone starts “Top Chef: World All-Stars” episode nine, “Restaurant Wars,” with a bit of shellshock. They just said goodbye to Charbel Hayek, who won the “London Calling” challenge at the start of the season with a risky onion dish and had never been at the bottom in an Elimination Challenge but then all of a sudden was sent home in “Street Food Fight.” They raise a glass to “onion boy,” who joins “potato girl” Sylwia Stachyra on this season’s boot list.
The eight remaining competitors playing for the $250,000 grand prize are Ali Al Ghzawi (Middle East and North Africa), Sara Bradley (Kentucky), Victoire Gouloubi (Italy), Buddha Lo (Houston), Tom Goetter (Germany), Gabriel Rodriguez (Mexico), Amar Santana (California), and Nicole Gomes (Canada).

Charbel Hayek was kind of a shocking “Top Chef” elimination in the episode “Street Food Fight.” He won the first challenge of the season in “London Calling” and had never landed in the bottom in all the weeks after that. But on “Top Chef” it only takes one bad day. And that’s what Hayek had. However, in “Last Chance Kitchen” he had to face Dale MacKay, who was eliminated twice and had just as much to prove. Watch their battle above.
Hayek was eliminated in a mise en place team challenge. His team did okay during that challenge, securing one protein — lamb — while another team got stuck with nothing but vegetables. However, his team’s decision to all use the lamb instead of highlighting all of their ingredients was their downfall. Hayek was supposed to highlight the lamb itself. But Tom Colicchio explains that his was “the least interesting...

Last week’s episode of “Top Chef: World All-Stars,” “Top Chef is No Picnic,” started with 10 contestants, and it ended with … 10 contestants. But it wasn’t the same 10. “Top Chef Canada” alum Dale MacKay returned to the competition after fighting his way back through “Last Chance Kitchen,” and then “Top Chef Poland’s” Sylwia Stachyra was eliminated after a sandwich cookoff against Tom Goetter. So what kind of turbulence was in store for the chefs in episode seven, “Hands Off.” Read on to find out.

There was a bit of a surprise at the end of “Top Chef” season 20, episode six, “Top Chef is No Picnic.” The judges decided that Tom Goetter and Sylwia Stachyra were on the losing team and had the two worst dishes of the luxurious picnic challenge. One of them would stay and one of them would go. But there was a catch. “Come with me,” Padma Lakshmi told them. So they left Judges’ Table and made their way to two outdoor cooking stations. It would be a “Last Chance Kitchen” cookoff to decide who stays in the competition and who’s eliminated. Watch it above.

“My best friend has gone and also I was on the bottom with her. I am feeling pretty much devastated,” says Gabri at the start of “Top Chef” season 20, episode six. Fitting words to open an episode titled “Top Chef is No Picnic.” So how did it go when the chefs had to go from a “Holiday Vacation” to a cozy meal at one of the most famous locations in modern television history. Read on to find out.

Sylwia Stachyra will be eliminated from “Top Chef: World All-Stars” episode six. That’s according to the combined predictions of fans who have placed their bets here in our predictions center. But it’s been tough to pin down this season’s eliminations from week to week, so let’s look at the stats.
Stachyra has been on the bottom before: she got low marks from the judges for her overly sweet rice in “Rice, Rice Baby.” But that’s the only time she has let the judges down in an Elimination Challenge. The Polish chef has sailed through every other week, and in “Spurred Lines” she was on one of the first teams to win their head-to-head battle and be declared safe. But she hasn’t been singled out by the judges with a high score yet. So that’s always a sign of vulnerability.

The eliminated chefs from Bravo’s Top Chef: World All Stars have been battling it out in Last Chance Kitchen to return to the competition. However, it ends next week during episode six when one officially re-enters.
Luciana Berry was eliminated from ‘Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen’
Top Chef Spain Season 1 winner Begoña Rodrigo’s “leftover” stew sent her to Last Chance Kitchen to battle it out with Brasil Season 2 champ Luciana Berry and Canada Season 1 winner Dale MacKay for a final opportunity to return to the competition.
The chefs were tasked with creating a three-course meal, including a crunchy, creamy, and chewy dish. Begoña immediately claimed the chewy one, leaving Luciana with crunchy and Dale with creamy. Unknowingly, the Spain and Brasil winners chose to make squab, but Begoña’s dish stood out as the favorite as her sauce impressed judge Tom Colicchio.

Last week’s “Spurred Lines” team challenge on “Top Chef” was a tough one, ending with three friends having to face each other in a cookoff to decide the elimination. Luciana Berry from “Top Chef Brazil” was the unlucky contestant who ultimately had to pack her knives and go just one week after winning the “Cheeky Pints and Pub Bites” challenge. This game can be very unforgiving. So what happened in episode five, “Holiday Vacation”? Read on to find out.

Bravo’s Top Chef: World All-Stars invites former winners, finalists, and memorable contestants to London for its 20th season, where the chefs are battling it out for $250,000. After episode 4, a contestant joined Last Chance Kitchen with hopes of winning their way back into elimination, and another chef was officially eliminated from the competition.
Luciana Berry is the next chef to join ‘Top Chef: World All-Stars: Last Chance Kitchen’
By the end of the three-round tournament-style challenge featured in Top Chef: World All-Stars Episode 4, Top Chef: Brazil Season 2 winner Luciana Berry’s pea-centered dish failed to impress the judges, eliminating her.
She excitedly entered Last Chance Kitchen, ready to face Top Chef: Thailand finalist Phattanant “May” Thongthong and Top Chef: Canada champ Dale MacKay to win her way back into the competition.

There was a double elimination in “Top Chef” episode three, “Cheeky Pints and Pub Bites“: “Top Chef Thailand” finalist May Phattanant Thongthong and “Top Chef Canada” winner Dale MacKay were ousted together for their soggy Scotch egg. So who’s next on the chopping block? “Top Chef” fans have been placing their bets here in our predictions center. You can make or update your own predictions until tonight’s show.
Both ousters took us by surprise last week. Thongthong ranked third in our predictions with 5/1 odds of elimination, so we knew that was in the realm of possibility, but we’d ranked MacKay eighth with 46/1 odds. It was the first time either chef got a low score from the judges during an Elimination Challenge, so it was hard to anticipate that both would sink to the bottom so quickly.
That’s part of what makes the show so competitive.

As of this writing “Top Chef Poland” alum Sylwia Stachyra is expected to get the boot with leading odds of 7/4. This comes after she received a low score in the “Rice, Rice Baby” Elimination Challenge. As this was specifically a rice challenge, that misstep was enough to put her at risk of elimination. Luckily for her, the judges preferred her dish to Burrell’s undercooked black rice non-congee,...
