Troubled "Party of Five" star Jeremy London, who was allegedly involved in a bizarre Palm Springs kidnapping and forced to take drugs, is (surprise!) checking into "Celebrity Rehab."
London, who has a history of prescription drug problems, claimed that on June 10, three men held him for hours, made him drive around town, made him buy and give out beer and forced him at gunpoint to smoke meth. But not everyone bought his tall tale.

But the accused kidnappers let Jeremy (who was driving) drop Melissa off at her home -- at her request -- making them the most polite (and stupid) kidnappers ever. Then they stole money from Jeremy, bought drugs and forced him to smoke drugs for twelve hours until he escaped.

If Jeremy London's wild and scary tale of being kidnapped at gunpoint and forced to smoke meth for twelve hours sounded a little fishy, here's more grist for the mental mill.

"I don't believe it," a neighbor told RadarOnline.com. "Brandon probably was doing drugs With that actor, and the guy just said he was forced to smoke because he knew drugs were in his system."
They have a point. For one thing, drugs are expensive. Why would someone force a stranger to consume quantities of drugs when they could sell them and make money or do the drugs themselves and get high? People who do and/or sell drugs are probably not generous with freebies.

Jeremy London is going through a rougher time than we thought.
Not only was he kidnapped in Palm Springs last week, held captive at gunpoint and forced to smoke meth for twelve hours before he escaped, but he's also been through rehab for drug addiction and is going through a divorce and custody battle.
Melissa Cunningham is Jeremy's estranged wife.
Cunningham reportedly met London at an audition for a film he was producing in 2000. She has appeared in small films such as "Just Another Romantic Wrestling Comedy" and "Chasing the Green.
The couple got married in 2006b at the Hidden Chateau and Gardens in West Hills, Calif., and they now have a three-year-old-son named Lyrik.
In the fall of 2008 the couple announced a separation. It was reported at the time that his drug use was the cause. London has since openly spoken about rehab and his problems with prescription pills.

Hollywood's current tale of early-in-life fame and fortune leading to drugs and an ensuing downward life spiral belongs to ... Jeremy London.
The "Party of Five" and "7th Heaven" star tells People that his rise to fame led him to pick up a dangerous drug habit.
"I was treated like royalty," says London. "It was hard for my brain to accept."
The 37-year-old actor says that prescription pill abuse was partially to blame for the demise of his marriage to actress Melissa Cunningham. They share a 3-year-old son, Lyrik.
London attempted to show he can be a good dad and fight his drug addiction by going to a rehab center back in September 2009. Prior to that, things looked pretty bleak.
"There were times I didn't care if I died," he says. "I felt like I was losing everything."
Now the actor says he's "learning it's much easier to deal with life with a clear head.

Actor Jeremy London and his wife have reconciled after a messy end to 2008.
The former 7th Heaven star's wife, Melissa Cunningham, filed for a restraining order against her husband last August after an alleged fight.
But, according to London's representative, the order never got to court and the pair is together again.
The rep disputes tabloid claims that Cunningham was granted a restraining order and a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered his client to stay away from Cunningham.
He says, "There was no order because the case never got to court. Jeremy and Melissa are very happy together."
London, 35, was slapped with a restraining order in 2004 after he was arrested for allegedly throwing his girlfriend out of his car at the side of a California freeway.
He and Cunningham were married in September 2006 and Cunningham gave birth to the couple's son Lyrik in 2007.
