Will John Diggle become the next Green Lantern? Will the famous Green Arrow/Green Lantern pairing make its ways to the CW? According to Arrow co-star David Ramsey, DC is “thinking about it and that they are considering it”.
With the DC TV universe constantly growing and adding established comic characters to the mix, it’s not very surprising that the Green Lantern may just be coming to TV. What is surprising is the form that the iconic character will be taking. The emerald-clad cosmic hero may appear on Arrow, and the ring will be upon the finger of the Arrow’s close friend and ally, John Diggle.
As other members of Oliver Queen’s (Stephen Amell) inner circle don masked identities, such as Black Canary and Arsenal, some fans have wondered if John Diggle will become a costumed hero himself. Some viewers have made the connection between the similarities...

Oliver Queen is going to need a holiday, badly, after the events of Arrow‘s winter finale (airing tonight on The CW).
Having thus far eluded the wrath of League of Assassins overlord Ra’s al Ghul (played by Matt Nable), Oliver (Stephen Amell) will be delivered a message by Nyssa: Find League member Sara’s killer within 48 hours, or the people of Starling City will be executed, one by one.
And though Team Arrow has already worked diligently to find the person who silenced Canary, this challenge is not to one shrugged off. Says showrunner Marc Guggenheim, “The thing about the League of Assassins,...

As we have now entered December, a lot of us will be thinking about the January transfer window and which moves may occur. Premier League clubs will be looking at the best talent in the Championship and Nathan Redmond certainly fits into that. Norwich have struggled for form in recent games but Redmond’s performances have remained strong.
Several clubs have been linked with the player before and it was somewhat of a surprise that he did not move on during the summer. Neil Adams’ team though have slipped off the pace in recent weeks despite being an early pacesetter, so it seems practical to suggest that any sizeable offer for their star man is likely to be accepted.
During this slideshow, a mixture of personal opinion and stats sourced from whoscored.com will be used. Of course, it remains to be seen if the player...

A few months ago, we brought you the first look at the "Astonishing X-Men" motion comic based on Joss Whedon and John Cassaday's celebrated run on the Marvel comic book series. Now, with the motion comic's October 28 debut on iTunes looming, Wolverine, Cyclops and the rest of the mutant superteam will celebrate their debut in the developing medium with a big premiere this week—three stories big, in fact.
Billed as the first-ever "MarvelFest," the publisher will screen Episode #1 of the "Astonishing X-Men" motion comic on a massive screen in New York City's Union Square this Wednesday (October 28). Along with the screening, Marvel will hold a costume contest and various other Marvel-themed events offering attendees the chance to win some cool swag and, according to the official press release, the chance to be featured in a Marvel comic book.

Back in February, during a panel with legendary artist Neil Adams, he explained that the future of comics is in animation. Nobody really understood what that meant, but now with Marvel and DC releasing animated film after animated film, we are now starting to get the picture.
Shortly after Marvel announced their first two projects in the world of Anime, the first trailer for another adapted storyline has hit the web. In this story, originally written by Zak Penn, Hulk is exiled to an alien planet, where he is taken as prisoner and forced to fight in a series of gladiator-style games. The jade giant eventually becomes ruler of this world, and goes to war with Earth, which is where World War Hulk the comic picks up, but there is no word on what impact that story will have on this film.
