A pair of nymphomaniacs compete in seducing couples to sleep with them.

Ramona Raichand (Patralekha) is a nymph and the wife of Om Raichand, who was found dead after falling from his penthouse balcony. Ramona was not home when Om fell from his penthouse apartment at around 3 am. Ramona left the apartment at 11 pm and was seen returning at 3:05 am. Ramona is having sex with Sameer Saxena "Sam" (Gaurav Arora), on a regular basis. Ramona is not the least bit sad over Om's death. Sam suspects Ramona of killing Om, but she doesn't admit to it. Sam is the son of a successful businessman but is a spoiled brat himself. Sam is drug addict.

Sam is also suicidal & seeks thrills in life. He has cut his skin on several occasions and hence has to attend therapy on the insistence of his father. Sam tells his psychiatrist (Rukhsar Rehman) that seeking thrills makes him feel alive. The therapist tells Sam to seek love as that's the missing piece in his life. She says that Sam has no faith in love, as his mother abandoned him to live with another man. Ramon has threesome with Sam, but Sam does not participate. Ramona tells Sam that he has always got what he wanted in life, and he needs to work for it. Ramona introduces Sam to love games. They both attend a party as individuals, select a couple that is sexy and happy. The game is whether Ramona seduces the husband first, or whether Sam seduces the wife. The winner (who has to provide video proof of their conquest) gets a week's supply of cocaine. Sam sabotage's all of Ramona's moves (by calling Ramona's target, posing as a detective hired by his wife) & wins the first game. He rubs it in Ramona's face, who is very angry & goes psycho.

Alisha Asthana (Tara Alisha Berry) is married to Gaurav Asthana (Hiten Tejwani). Alisha is a doctor. Gaurav doesn't trust Alisha; feels she is sleeping around (as she gets flower bouquets from random admirers) & beats her. Ramona & Sam meet Alsiha and Gaurav at a random party and decide that the game is on. Gaurav leaves with Ramona, & Sam offers to drop Alisha. Alisha gets a call from the hospital, where she has to perform an emergency surgery on her patient. The patient dies, despite her best efforts. This gives Sam a new respect for life. Ramona wins this round as she sends Sam a video of her having sex with Gaurav. Sam starts following Alisha. When she attends a conference in Goa, Sam follows her there. Alisha shows him her beat marks from Gaurav and advises him not to waste his time. But eventually Alisha gives in to Sam's charms & they have sex. Sam finally has love in his life. Ramona finds out about Sam & Alisha's affair & is angry when Sam tells her that he will not serve Ramona anymore. Ramona decides to play a love game with Sam & Alisha.

At first, Gaurav publicly humiliates Alisha for adultery at a party that Sam is attending. Ramona reveals to Sam that she is supplying evidence of Alisha's infidelity to Gaurav. And she would keep doing so, unless Sam has sex with Ramona. Sam is torn between her love for Alisha and the desire to keep her safe from Gaurav. Eventually, Sam can't handle it, and tells Alisha about the love games. Alisha is angry at being manipulated in such a way.

Now Alisha meets Ramona and says she has evidence that Ramona was the killer of Om (her husband). Alisha had a copy of the CCTV footage of the building's entrance which showed that Ramona had come back into the building, in disguise, at 2:35 am, and left again at 2:53 am. Alsiha proposes to Ramona that Ramona will kill Gaurav & she will kill Sam. And the one who is caught by the police is the loser. This is Alisha's version of love games. Ramona takes Alisha up on her offer & kills Gaurav by giving him an overdose of adrenaline. That night Sam visits Ramona & tells her that Alisha tried to kill him, but he survived and killed Alisha instead. Ramona agrees to help Sam, but only if he agrees to be her sex partner. Ramona wants to hide Alisha's dead body but find that police is already at Alisha's apartment.

Now Sam proposes that they manipulate things, so that it looks like Gaurav killed Alisha & then killed himself. They steal Alisha's body from the morgue. They dig a grave in the graveyard, bury Alisha in it and then put Gaurav's body in his car & throw it off a cliff to tie all loose ends. The next day Alisha shows up at Ramona's doorstep. Ramona is shocked and that's when Alisha shoots her in the head. It is revealed that Alsiha & Sam had planned the death of Gaurav & Ramona. Alisha had taken a Neurotoxin that made her appear dead for 10 hours. And now that Alisha was legally dead, she could not be blamed for anyone's death.

Sam & Alisha escape to London to start their new life, where Sam's dad had given him the offer to be the CEO of their London office.
