When Elaine introduces Kurt to the others she mentions to George and Jerry that he shaves his head. Later she seems surprised as she sees his ID and sees he isn't bald and then he explains to her he shaves it as if she had no idea. Then later Jerry and George act as if they are hearing this for the first time as well after Elaine shows them his ID and they are shocked he isn't actually bald.
The full restaurant name, "Tom's Restaurant" is visible. At the beginning the camera is pulled back to reveal the full name, whereas usually only "Restaurant" is shown.
When Jerry and Elaine are at the cock fight, she comments that is 3:30 in the morning, yet in the cutaway to George's apartment, federal agents arrest Celia and Kurt, which then cuts back to the cock fight. It is unlikely that Kurt would have visited George's apartment at 3:30 in the morning, let alone have agents show up to arrest Celia at that time.
George never got arrested.
Jerry mistakenly says that Little Jerry Seinfeld is not a chicken but instead a rooster. What Jerry meant to say was that Little Jerry Seinfeld was not a hen. Hens are female chickens, roosters are male chickens.
On Jerry's bounced check that is on display in Marcelino's store, the word "forty" has been misspelled as "fourty."
