There are two scenes with the club scene with women that are topless, and wear scantily bottom attire.

There's a brutal but over-the-top fight in a nightclub between Boyd and several bouncers. He punches and kicks them, and breaks one's arm. At one point he grabs a chain and uses it as a weapon, and knocks one man through a glass pane. Two other men get in a brief fight in a hallway during this scene.

Two men have a lengthy sword fight near the end. As this is happening, two other men get into a lengthy and brutal fist fight.

Boyd gets into a fight with a group of men on the street.

A van runs a truck off the road, and the truck violently crashes into a dumpster, and the airbag and impact knock the driver out.

There's a fight in the back of a van between a man with his hands chained, and his captors. He kicks one man holding a needle, and the needle accidentally stabs the driver's neck. The car slightly crashes into another car, but keeps driving. He kicks two other men, and one falls out the back door but catches himself, however, the door collides with another car and he's presumably killed. The car crash into some other cars, causing a large explosion, and continues driving while on fire. It careens over a parked car and lands on its side, and everyone but the driver jumps out before it's hit by a truck.

Several men fire weapons at a man and woman in truck, shooting the car and blowing up several vehicles. They escape, resulting in a car chase, and one car crashes through a building and lands on the road. Some gunfire's exchanged between the pursuers, and the man and woman, but the woman crashes the car into another vehicle violently, and her head smashes against the windshield, while the man's thrown out. The others chase the man until he makes them crash.

R violence type: blood, gore, brutal and graphic.

Strong violence.

There's a brief shootout in a building between Boyd and several men when he saves a woman.

There's a large shootout between a group of cops and some bad guys, and several people are killed (bloody bullet holes visible).

Fairly strong; 34 uses of the f-word, as well as some crude dialogue.

One of the main themes of the movie is dealing with heroin.

There's a violent car chase in which one vehicle brutally crashes into another and a woman is injured.
