Prior to Mark Wahlberg's character fleeing his house after the shootout, China Chow's character is placed in the trunk of the car. She is gagged and her hands are shown cuffed behind her back. During the car chase, she escapes the trunk by entering the passenger compartment via the back seat and crawls forward. While crawling, her hands are clearly visible in front of her and lacking handcuffs, although she retains the gag.

When Keiko hit Melvin with hammer her leg was still dirty. In next shot, when she started to run, her both legs were clean.

When Melvin runs into the video store just before the explosion, Keiko is standing near a red car. Jiro and Paris are standing near their limo. When the build blows up the camera shot shows the building exploding and Jino and Paris ducking. The car where Keiko was standing is visible to their left, but Keiko is not in the shot.

During the gun shoot out between Melvin and Cisco in Melvin's house, Cisco is seen shooting many bullets at Melvin, when he hits the fridge next to Melvin at first there is 2 bullet holes, Cisco fires 3 shots, then there are 8 bullet holes. Then when you see the fridge again after there are only 2 bullet holes again.

When Crunch and Gump are moving driver's body the limo's trunk is already open.

On the gun fight scene at the hotel where Melvin threw flashbangs on the room to blind and distract the enemy, the light from the flashbang lasts for a few minutes and he even wore sunglasses to protect himself from the blinding light before he enters the room. Whereas a real flashbang only lasts for a split second.

While Melvin is being chased in the woods by a car driven by Cisco, you can see that the trees being knocked down by the car are pre-cut.

In the hotel room after the first big shoot out when Cisco and Vince come in and hit on the girls in the tub, it is evident that the water is made to look bloody by a red light and not fake blood added to it. This is evident because one of the girls has on a white tank top which clearly remains white although she is soaked in this tub and it should have changed red or pink due to the blood in the water.

The license plates PA8 - 357 and AD7 - 926 appear on two different vehicles each.
