When Kristen Schaal was in college, she came up with the idea for a short film called 'Avant Garde' that, yes, lived up to its name. The film never got made ... until now.

This is nothing but a celebrity saying their script idea while the imbecilic ass-hats at IMDB get interns who dropped out of improv troupes to directly steal the way Drunk History is produced. They literally just said, "Hey, you know that show where a person narrates a story and they get people to act it out and use the narrators words as their own... THE SUPER POPULAR ONE WITH WILL FERRELL ON THE PILOT!!!!!! YEAH LETS STEAL IT ALMOST HALF A DECADE LATER!!!!!!!!" and that was a conversation had in the offices at IMDB. Apparently they need an actual synopsis with more words in it for this to count so here goes. Without having to watch what happens, Kristen is sat down in front of you on a stool or chair without arms on it. He is gives in to a retelling of a script that he had once surmised as an idea a long time ago but had never got it made. THEN PEOPLE WORKING AT IMDB STOLE DIRECTLY FROM DRUNK HISTORY. Kristen starts talking about his idea for the first scene, WHICH IS SUMARILY ACTED OUT BY THESE LOSERS AT IMDB WHO DO THEIR BEST DRUNK HISTORY IMPRESSION. Kristen laughs at a part of the story that he finds particularly funny, THE ACTORS IN THE STORY USE HIS LAUGH LIKE IT IS THEIR OWN. Kristen keeps describing the next part of his script when, whats this???, ONE OF THE ACTORS GETS THE BRAZEN IDEA TO USE THE NARRATORS WORDS AS HIS OWN VOICE. GREAT SCOTT!!!! I THINK THEY HAVE FINALLY DONE IT!!!!! I MEAN IT YEARS AFTER DERRICK DID IT ON FUNNY OR DIE BUT I THINK THEY ACTUALLY DID IT!!!!!
