When they go into the pub where she sings with the band, they go in with the dog. When they leave, arguing, the dog isn't with them.
Towards the end, when Howard and Annabelle swerve on the road, Fred's box of ashes goes up in the air, and all over them. However, earlier in the movie, Annabelle says she has laminated the box to keep Fred safe-so it couldn't open.
