In a previous episode, Doug was making fun of Danny for driving the 14ft IPS truck under a bridge with a 13ft clearance. In this episode, Doug get his truck stuck under a 10ft clearance.
As Doug and Jack are riding in Jack's truck, they clearly drive past the Queens Center Mall. Moments later they again pass the mall from the same direction.
Doug orders his food at the drive-thru & is told to drive up. His truck gets stuck. The woman at the fast food place is trying to hand him his food. But Doug never paid for it.
Doug is seen getting food from a Rally's fast food restaurant. There are no Rally locations anywhere in metropolitan New York as Rally's is a southern California area restaurant. Rally's sister restaurant Checkers does have New York locations, however, at the time the series aired only a couple Checkers locations existed all of them being on Long Island.
In the opening Carrie asks Doug where her blue camisole is, and he says he has no idea. Arthur comes in with it, which he used to polish the mailbox. Arthur yells that if Carrie had bought him a shammy cloth at Caldor's it wouldn't have happened. The show is set in 2005, but Caldor closed for good in 1999.
When Doug and the rival are driving you can see a reflection in the windows that is clearly not the vehicle they are supposed to be in.
As Doug is riding in Jack's, the Priority Plus guy's truck after being rescued from being stuck, as they are driving down the street and you can see the buildings in the background. As they pass buildings with plate glass windows, you can see the camera truck's reflection, instead of the truck they are supposed to be in.
When Carrie calls to the waitress to get the check, you can see the shadow of the boom mic on the seat behind the waitress.
After Doug's truck gets stuck under the fast food drive up overhang, his rival pulls his wedged truck out. Then they are shown together in the rival's truck after having taken Doug's truck to a body shop for repair so his boss remains unaware. This would never happen, since there are packages in Doug's truck that need to be delivered, and others that still need to be picked up.
