Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2022)
Hot garbage
Trying to appeal to a younger audience and hitting every cringey cliché in the book. It's bad, very bad. The story isn't really a story, half the cast can't act and every plot decision felt like it came from a Reddit pole. It feels like an old person trying to write young people but at the same time feels like an 12 year old wrote the script. It would have been quite enjoyable if the main characters weren't so hateable and boring. I was routing for leatherface the entire time. On a positive note, the cgi looks pretty amazing at times.
Interior Design Masters (2019)
A great show ruined by the incompetent judge
It's infuriating that the people that make the decisions in this show have the visual taste of Stevie Wonder. But take solace in the fact that the populace seem to have a head on their shoulders. I'm assuming it was all a fix. The winner was carried through the whole season by decent teammates and then the judges ignored massive flaws in logistics and design when it came to her being on her own. But why? Your guess is as good as mine.
Leaving Neverland (2019)
And I thought blackfish was the worst documentary made
This is one of the worst attempts at film making I have seen. One sided, bias, no evidence of anything, no fact checking and dragged out. I don't know if Michael Jackson is guilty or not, that isn't the point anymore. It just seems a bit convenient that they said he was innocent when he was alive but now that he can't defend himself he's guilty? The fact is, nothing good can come from this. He can't go to jail anymore. All that can come from this is money and hate so why didn't they say all this when he was alive? Fear played no part because they had nothing to lose. He was definitely a weirdo but I would have liked to see some evidence. It doesn't make sense and it's poor journalism and even worse film making.
