Night Court (2023)
REALLY, REALLY BAD.
Canned laugh track, bad acting and forced unfunny jokes. I was bored by the second act of the first show. This train wreck also hit all today's PC casting requirements. Who the Hell is this person playing the bailiff? UGH! She's nowhere near the caliber of Selma, Florence or Marsha!
I don't know who Mellisa Rauch is, but sorry she's horrible in this role. Her acting is forced and she anticipates every one of her whiny lines before the other actors are ready to respond with theirs. Honestly, I've seen better high school productions than this.
The only saving grace is John Larroquette and the only actor that is good in this horrible reboot. I honestly don't see this going past one season (maybe not even to the end of the season it's SO BAD) and when it's near its death roll, we will probably see Richard Moll as Bull and Marsha Warfield as Roz as guest stars to try to improve the ratings. They should both stay as far away from this disaster as they can.
I CALLED IT!
In my original post when the season started, that this terrible, dopey and unfunny reboot would bring back Roz or Bull to try to improve this absolute disaster and right on cue in the finale Marsha Warfield makes her brief cameo as Roz!
Please just kill this awful show already. It's painfully bad with horrible characters and acting (aside from John Larroquette) and not anywhere near the quality of original Night Court in any facet.
Carol's Second Act: Carol's Crush (2020)
Just plain awful
Tried again to watch this show, but it's not funny at all. The supporting cast is especially horrible and the writing is sophomoric at best.
Time to cancel.
Carol's Second Act (2019)
Awful
LOVE Patricia Heaton in Everybody Loves Raymond and she was well deserving of her multiple Emmy Awards for that show, but this show just doesn't have it from the plot to the writing to the acting.
The supporting cast is especially awful! And like many others who say the same, the laugh track is absolutely annoying. When you have to be reminded where to laugh, it's a tell-tale sign it's not a good show.
I watched the first two episodes and I'm out. I'm going back to watching the reruns of ELR which is far superior and more enjoyable to watch than this.
Simply cancel and move on.
Carol's Second Act: Pilot (2019)
God awful

Either scrap the current plot and start over or simply cancel and move on.
