Fantastic Penultimate Episode
12 May 2024
Warning: Spoilers
This is fantastic episode. It is the culmination of Edwin's season arc, with him having to confront his past, not only his life in Hell, but also getting a new perspective on the events around his death. His love confession was beautifully done, and although it didn't turn out how one would have hoped, it was still filled with warmth and hope.

Charles was wonderful in this episode. He was so determined to rescue Edwin, and gave him strength when he needed it. Charles was also very kind and tender with Edwin after the love confession.

This is also the culmination of Crystal's arc where she faces off against David the Demon and finds strength within herself.

I also loved Niko and the Night Nurse together, and Jenny being a badass trying to support Crystal

Overall a great penultimate episode for the season.

The Best Episode of The Walking Dead
14 November 2019
Arguably the best episode of The Walking Dead ever, most definitely the best episode not to feature Rick or Daryl. The story is contained to just one small group, Carol, Tyreese, Lizzie and Mika, and I think could be absolutely be watched alone, independently from the rest of the show, most of it has the feeling of a separate film. Using children in horror is hardly a new trope, but the way this episode does it is scary, but ultimately sad, focusing on a child that under ideal modern circumstances would have had a chance to get the help she desperately needed, but in the zombie apocalypse there are no good options. Melissa McBride gives the performance of her career, as Carol having to make some heartbreaking choices. Chad L. Coleman also gives an underrated, but brilliant performance, as a man with a heart who is unsure and conflicted.

If you are a Rowena fan then this is your episode
1 November 2019
If you are a Rowena fan then this is your episode, she is the main focus, and undoubtedly the star of this episode. This is the first time we get to see Rowena's powers completely unfettered, and she is more than a match for the Winchesters. But, the true heart of this episode is her feelings of pain and regret at loss of her son. Both Ruth Connell and Lisa Berry deliver great performances in the pivotal scene.
