One Piece (2023)
Woah woah woah
I wasn't expecting this.. i mean i had only watched 125 something episodes of one piece and even after watching the same story, it really felt like One Piece. The crew had their personalities done really well. It was like watching a live action anime. Couldn't stop watching it. Binged watched it all in one go. Sooo looking forward to the next season and hopefully it will be an even better experience. Ot has so much potential. If they stick to the source material and keep the cgi the same. It will be remembered far better than witcher (let's not mention that disappointment). It will be interesting to see how Netflix does it and hopefully they won't mess it up.
Shadow and Bone: No Funerals (2023)
A Fitting Extension
This is a season 2 review. I have read the books and personally, I didn't like how it ended for Alina. The ending felt too good to be true. This season finale adds a more real touch to the story. I was expecting this season to only cover the second book but, it covered the third one as well and now we have entered the 'uncharted' territory. For me, it would have been better if Alina interacted with Kirigan the way she did in the books in the finale (kept it as spoiler free as possible). Nikolai was fun just like he was in the books (a lil worried here tho). I actually think Alina n he connect better. Who knows what night happen now that we have left the pages. There are so many arcs branching out and m excited to find out how they will come together. Please Netflix, for the love of all that is good, don't freaking cancel it or m gonna 'cut' you!!!
Lockwood & Co. (2023)
Well Well Well
This was an absolute delight. I really wasn't expecting it to be. I binged watched it in one go. 10 seems a teensy bit generous but I'll give it since it had my attention from the start. I really really really hope Netflix doesn't cancel it. Why didn't I see it anywhere before? It should have been advertised properly. Young adult British series like this one are my favourite.
I liked the pacing and the different diverging points of the plot which will eventually converge. The season two holds a great number of possibilities and I hope it delivers. Here's hoping Netflix won't drop another bomb on us like 'I Am Not Okay With This'. You guys should definitely give this one a try since it has a unique premise and backstory.
Yi Jia Ren Zhi Ming (2020)
Just Beautiful
Wow. I was not expecting it to be this good. I'm glad i didn't miss it, otherwise it would have been unfortunate.
The story progression, the family dynamic and the tearjerkers were simply just beautiful.
I highly recommend watching this series. You will not regret it. It doesn't have those annoying female protagonists with annoying voices ( yes I'm talking about LBFAD and MG) or the usual lovey dovey relationship between the main leads. It portrays raw emotions and they are delicious. It left me wanting for more episodes although the ending doesn't require it.
Don't miss out on this amazing series!

Don't Miss out!!
I don't understand the negative reviews. Up until episode 8, the plot is good and always keeps you on edge. The direction is brilliant. The music is too good. The camera angle and shots of some scenes is just stunning and really speak about the attention to details. Plot starts to heat up near episode 7 and you begin to understand each sister's actions, even the youngest's.
This is going to be one of the few Korean Series that I will rate ten out of ten (at least for now, hopefully it stays that way) and I have given a 10 only to like 2-3 Kdramas.
So, with that said, not choosing to watch this amazing series will be your own loss.
Fruits Basket (2019)
What a ride
Lord. Finished watching it in 2 days. Shed so many tears. Loved every bit of it. Who knew anime would move me so!
86 (2021)
Oof
What an emotional ride that was. It might as well have been series finale. A bit sad at the end really with a flicker of hope for the squad.
What If...? (2021)
Phew
Thank God. The first 2 episodes almost made me gave up. Too fricking dull. Thankfully ep 3/4 (mostly 4) got my interest.
Jane the Virgin: Chapter Fifty-Four (2017)
;_;
I honestly didn't expect this. I understand the incident but I hated it. Ugh....
Schitt$ Creek (2015)
"Simply the Best"
Loved it. I was quite sad after finishing that I won't get more of this. What a phenomenal series.
Dota: Dragon's Blood (2021)
Surprised
I haven't played dota for a few years. The anime brought good memories and kept me hooked. I really hope there's more in the future.
The Mauritanian (2021)
Goosebumps
This film deserves an oscar. Man, what a movie. Cant even imagine what he went through. Sure we have heard what had happened in there and sthere still detainees there, but to see it through the lens is something else completely.
Fate: The Winx Saga (2021)
"Inspired, not an adaptation"
If you get past the first few cringy minutes, it's worth it. Personally, i enjoyed it and it left me wanting for more.
The Queen's Gambit (2020)
Truly "Astounding"
Man, that was beautiful. I don't know anything about chess but still Beth's matches kept me on the edge of my seat. Our Emma has finally gotten her recognition!
Anne (2017)
Renew it!
Just finished all three seasons and it was beautiful. It is sad that it was cancelled. I really hope it gets renewed.
Atypical (2017)
Enlightening
Being where i am, i have never come across a person with ASD. This series is beautiful and heart-warming. I love it
Daybreak (2019)
Undeserved Hate
Why are people hating on this show? It is quite fun and enjoyable. Yes there is excessive use of modern terms and whatnots, but to me thats whats ironic and thats why its funny because this series shows how absurd everything has gotten.
Kimetsu no Yaiba (2019)
Just Beautiful
Man.. this anime is a masterpiece. This is only the second anime i have watched ever (besides deatynote) and believe me its so good. The animation and the lessons and story, everything is fabulous
Game of Thrones: The Iron Throne (2019)
Such an anticlimactic episode
I liked the previous episodes to some extent but this God!! What a bland finale
Merlin: The Diamond of the Day: Part Two (2012)
WTH
My God...what the heck did they do. Such a terrible ending, they could have at least shown that magic returns to Camelot but no instead they showed a damn truck...
