One Punch Man: Wanpanman (2015)
Divided, lol
We all know that season1 is brilliant and stunning, but losing the entire team for season 2 did not do this anime justice.
Onyx Equinox (2020)
Sadly Disappointing
This show had so much potential, but was sadly brought down by terrible writing and a lack of true world/story building. It honestly feels like they rushed 3 seasons of information and writing into one. On top of the fact you never really get to know or fall in love with the caracters or their struggles. Because by the time you learn something, 5 more things are thrown at you and the last thing is forgotten. The Animation style is beautiful, but it lacks fluidity most of the time. On top of which the dialogue is also clunky and out of balance. This show felt like it could have been the next Avatar in both animation and character building, but just falls short of its greatness.
Boku no hîrô akademia (2016)
Eh
Eh, it only okay. Most of my complaints are with the writer themselves. As far as animes go, it's fine for children I guess. It's mildly funny once in awhile, but mostly uninteresting.
Black Clover (2017)
The worst
Dont bother with this terrible uninventive tacky piece of utter garbage. Neither the manga nor this show are worth anyone's time. If I have to hear another dragged out nonsense monologue, or another garbage dialogue scene, or see another over used caracter tropes, or watch the worst world building since Ayn Rand, I will destroy myself. So simply put it's the worst.
Dear White People (2017)
Hard truths
Hello white cis millennial male here,
There seem to be many reviews that don't really seem to understand the show. I will agree that some of the jokes can be flat and that some acting could possibly be better. Although I will also argue how many of us are actually witty and smooth, even if we try. The show takes on real problems and situations that this country is facing all from the view of millennials. Any attempt to not recognize or at the very least listen to the message means you are part of the problem. Racism is alive and well and we need to face it. The show does not shoot to divide it only shoots to point out how separated we really are. Stereo types exist and the show gives millennials a chance to laugh at ourselves. You call us sensitive, yet you who give bad reviews over the subject of the show. So you cry and call wrong doing. For once in your life humble yourself and think maybe I am wrong or what I was taught is not the way. You may learn something today.
Thank you, DWP Great show
