The Out-Laws (2023)
A Disastrous Ride:
Prepare yourself for a cinematic catastrophe! "Outlaws," starring Pierce Brosnan, is a mind-numbing disaster from start to finish. It's an agonizing experience that lacks even a hint of humor, suffers from abysmal acting, and features a woefully inept script that defies logic. Brace yourself for a detailed account of this abominable mess, as I expose its countless flaws in excruciating detail.
First and foremost, the lack of humor in "Out-laws" is downright criminal. The film attempts feeble jokes and one-liners that fall flatter than a pancake. It's as if the writers tried to squeeze out a chuckle from a stone-faced audience. Each supposed comedic moment feels forced and uninspired, leaving viewers cringing in their seats instead of laughing. It's a painful reminder that comedy is an art form, and this film is its death sentence.
Now, let's address the abysmal acting in "Out-laws," particularly by Pierce Brosnan. Brosnan's performance can only be described as a soulless shell of his former self. Gone is the suave charm that made him a household name; instead, we're subjected to a wooden and lifeless portrayal. His attempts at emotional depth are laughable, as his expression barely shifts from a perpetual state of indifference. It's as if he sleepwalked through the entire production, leaving us wondering why he bothered to show up at all.
But the acting woes don't end with Brosnan. The supporting cast delivers equally disastrous performances. Their lack of chemistry is palpable, making every interaction feel forced and unnatural. It's as if the director randomly plucked actors off the street and gave them lines to recite. Their delivery is stilted, their emotions are unconvincing, and their presence on screen is simply forgettable.
However, the ultimate downfall of "Out-laws" lies in its script - a script so outrageously inept that it defies comprehension. The plot is an incoherent mess, filled with contrivances and nonsensical twists that insult the intelligence of anyone watching. Characters make decisions that defy logic, and the dialogue is cringe-worthy at best. It feels as if the writers crafted the script in a weekend, armed with nothing but clichés and a complete disregard for storytelling prowess.
At a whopping 650 words, it's a genuine challenge to find any redeeming qualities in "Out-laws." From the nonexistent humor to the abysmal acting and the worthless script, this film is an affront to cinema itself. It fails to entertain, engage, or even remotely captivate its audience. It's a testament to how far a film can go astray when all the crucial elements of storytelling are mishandled with such reckless abandon.
Save yourself the agony and skip "Out-laws." It's a train wreck of epic proportions, and there's simply no silver lining to be found. Instead, opt for literally any other film in existence, and you'll be doing yourself a great favor. Remember, life is too short for cinematic atrocities like this.
The Auschwitz Report (2021)
Not the whole story
To my opinion is this movie to far away from the actual report and story. It only focuses on the escape and not on the complete story. Ok. That might have been a too long story but the effect is that it doesn't do right to the actual report and story.
Det som göms i snö (2018)
Too slow
Again a series that is just to slow. Long scenes in which nothing happens. To many scenes on non important details. What is it with the series makers that the just drag out the story over to many episodes.
The Sinner (2017)
Series 4
The first series of Sinner were great. Good suspense and great plot. Series 4 however was just to slow. It's more a drama than a thriller. So an 8 for nr 1 and 2. A 7 to 3 and a 4 to series 4.
The Wolf of Snow Hollow (2020)
Waste of time
What a waste of time. Don't know if this was supposed to be a funny or an horror movie ... it wasn't either. Terrible story, worthless acting.
Ratched (2020)
