Random Acts of Violence (2019)
Feels cheap and unconvincing
I love a good horror movie and media about artists, but unfortunately this one fails on both fronts. The characters are flat and one-dimensional, the pacing is weird and it just feels kind of slapped together. There's no suspense or build up, and I found it difficult to care about anything that happened.
Younger (2015)
Offensive and Ageist
A terribly shallow and stupid show about a woman pretending to be 26.
Maybe there's some big moral lesson at the end of it about how age shouldn't matter, but I couldn't get past the boring stereotypes.
Cougar Town (2009)
Horrible show!
There is a lot of hype surrounding this show, but it does not live up to the attention. This show is so bad, that I couldn't finish watching an entire episode! Courtney Cox is lovely, but her character, like all the other ones on this show, are shallow and one-dimensional. The lines are offensive and the story lines are appallingly bad. I kept waiting to laugh, but the jokes simply fell flat. A show revolving around the trials of a middle-aged divorced woman could have been interesting, but here it just seems sad and plastic.
If you're bored and looking for entertainment, skip this crap and watch "Big Bang Theory" or "Modern Family" instead.
