Mortal Kombat: Annihilation (1997)
Jade's ever changing hairstyles
Why did Jade's hairstyle keep changing throughout the whole movie first she wore it down, then upswept in a bun, then in a ponytail the changes could be happening within the same scene, some examples:
Jade (bun hairdo):"I know where Princess Kitana is being kept prisoner."
Sonya Blade: "No that's probably what Kahn wants us to do."
Jade (ponytail with bangs hairdo): "No there is a secret passageway, it was the one I used to escape!"
Raiden: "How did you manage to stop Sindel?"
Jade (ponytail hairdo with bangs): "I striked her down from behind"
Kitana: "I knew one day our love would bring us together again!"
Sindel: "Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!!!"
Jade (bun hairdo): "It's over you fools! The legend was a lie!"
"haven't you ever heard of suspension of disbelief!"--Johnny Depp as Ed Wood (1993)
The Star Wars Holiday Special (1978)
This would have been great on Mystery Science Theater 3000
The stock footage of Darth Vader in this show was it looked like it was from The Empire Strikes back? But this TV special was made in '78 and Empire was '80 Did James Earl Jones actually lend his voice or was that cleverly recycled too? The Cantina scene with Bea Authur was hilarious! Watch Greedo (the Alien who threatened Han Solo) dancing!! Poor Luke he looked like he was wearing a mask made of Bisquick pancake mix. Thrill as you watch an hour and a half of non-stop Wookie gibberish with NO subtitles! The chess table scene with the dancing miniature clowns or whatever they were looked like somebody's acid trip or LSD halucination. The only redeeming quality was Harrison Ford and the 10 minute Rankin-Bass cartoon featuring Boba Fett. A Long time ago in a galaxy far, far away--no one can hear you scream...
Agent for H.A.R.M. (1966)
Let's get back to the Judo range...
"Then we'll practice skeet Kendo and bring your Akido rifle too"--Crow
"Starring has-beens and never was-zuzzes"--Mike Nelson
"With Bob Marley and Prince!"--Crow
The Agent from H.A.R.M. looks like Dr. Smith from Lost In Space. So this movie is basiclly a 007 knock-off about an elderly secret agent who wears cardigan sweaters shuffles around the house and hits on a girl 1/3 his age? Thank goodness for MST3K otherwise this movie is unwatchable.
The Projected Man (1966)
Lembach is staying!!!!
The MST3K version with Mike and the bots is hilarious!!! Crow: "No more tedious carrying rats across the room" This movie is like "The Fly" Bryant Haliday was in another MSTied movie "Devil Doll" mutant monster wearing a diaper on half his face
