Between meetings out in the boondocks (every hear of a cell phone), main characters crying, boring plot (is there one?), great way to waste hours watching this series.... Watch George Gently for a real treat....

If you don't laugh your A off, you're a lost soul. Love this show, innocent humor... just funny stuff. Best part is when one of the boys reach for the "goods" in Mr. M's pocket..... Great that they don't have canned laugh tracks for these shows.... Kudos to the writers for making Friday Night Dinner so funny!

I read the reviews here after watching the first episode and hooked on it.... we can binge watch since we subscribed to acorn tv.... Highly recommend acorn, many fantastic shows to watch, George Gently, Lock Ness, Doc Martin.... many others....
We cut cable and got a couple of Roku's. Amazing the great content that is available for free....

Writing, acting, back round music is all top notch.... We subscribed to Acorn tv and there are some great shows... this is one of them... Watched every episode with my wife in a couple of weeks and will miss this. Excellent music, scenery, acting... plot.... sorry no sex which is a good thing...
I loved it... I binged watched in 2 days... I compare it to "the killing series". I rate the "The Killing" as one of the best murder dramas I haves seen/
