Pelé: Birth of a Legend (2016)
Pretty good
Pele: Birth of A Legend, was a consistent film with promising cinematography and casting. Although some of the acting and the slo mo scenes before Pele would dribble through the whole team were a bit off.
But overall the pros beat the cons in this movie and I enjoyed watching this film.
I originally watched this when it just came out but ended up rewatching it again last night. I noticed more stuff this time when watching it.
I hope we see more films similar to this with other great footballers, Such as Messi and Maradona. Overall good film that still has cons
And before I finish this review,
RIP Pele 1940-2022.
Death Note: Desu nôto (2006)
An absolute masterpiece
As we go through the series of Death Note we see the journey of Light Yagami (Kira) Attempt to get rid of all evil in the world. Then in his attempt to rid evil, he turns evil
The writing in this anime is unbelievable as for example. The battle between Light and L. The potato chip scene is one of, if not the most well written and acted even if the whole series.
The emotion as we see light limping towards his stairs of death when he gets flashbacks of when he was innocent.
And a very key detail is in the end when light dies, he is in the middle of the stairs. Showing the fact that he isn't going to heaven or hell. This is just one of the brilliant ideas of death note.
Avatar (2009)
Amazing movie
This movie is very advanced for its time and has very well made cinematography. Although like most movies, is not perfect. There is always room for improvement and I see no difference with this movie.
I recently watched this film again in the cinema and noticed maybe a couple plot holes could have been fixed, but other then that it was a great movie.
I would also like to give credit to the actors who did a wonderful job throughout this film and were particularly impressive in this film.
I hope avatar 2 is as brilliant as this film and will make just as much money as this film. After waiting for 13 years.
Minions: The Rise of Gru (2022)
The second movie of all time
I was nervous the night I went to watch this in a suit. I realised it was minions and that it was the second movie of all time. So I lifted my head up and watched it. This deserves the title of the second movie of all time. Almost as Morbius.
