The Quietude (2019)
Silence!: The movie
Absolutely dreadful, no storytelling, makes no sense, sound design is horrible, acting is dreadful, camera work is beyond awful, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WATCHING THIS CHILD'S FILMS, YOU WILL NOT GET THE TIME BACK, ITS A WASTE OF YOUR LIFE.
The Program (2015)
Jesus Christ it's Jason Bourne
Honestly, this film is pathetic, this was made as a final year university project and it's honestly depressing, it literally feels like some terrible action film made by a high schooler, well, actually, they could probably do a better job.
Isolated (2016)
Don't waste your time
Just don't, it's an hour of your life you'll never get back, I'd have much rather stuck pins in my eyes than watch this.
Wander (2020)
Worst film (and filmmaker) of all time
Mr Abrar is truly a bad filmmaker. Uneducated, he lacks the confidence to make any decent decisions within his work. Using amateur equipment, alongside untrained, non-professional actors, Abrar makes nothing but a joke of himself.
Mr Abrar himself deletes comments from his own videos in order to make himself seem well loved, when in reality, the only good feedback he gets are from the actors themselves, and Karen-esque viewers who would say that Michael Bay movies are "a work of art".
This film is the prime example of why Mr Abrar is a dreadful filmmaker, the story is poor, dialogue is cheap and voiceover is used because he lacks the ability or knowledge to put screen techniques into practice in order to convey his story.
He uses actors who have quite obviously never taken acting classes in their lives, and are most probably his friends that he persuaded to star in his works for a free meal or hot drink.
Then we come over to the lighting and cinematography, which are non-existent. Nothing in terms of cinematography has been thought about, no shots have been planned, no lighting has been created, it's obviously just a point and shoot situation in the same location as the last terrible short. Camera work is shoddy, grainy, dark and shaky. Don't even get me started about the poor colour grade either...
All in all, Mr Abrar's works feel like Groundhog Day: an untrained actor, walking around the same city, talking voiceover in their heads, to a terrible soundtrack, shot using a shaky phone camera, ending with no payoff or meaning, they're literally all the same.
People attempt to give him tips on his work, but all he does is childishly laugh at critics and delete their comments, he is a bigot, with no talent, and will never, ever, get anywhere other than amateur, no budget films that only get screened on YouTube. He thinks critics and genuine filmmakers are "jealous" of his work, but they aren't, they are just telling him that his work is dreadful, why would an award winning, genuine filmmaker be "jealous" of these awful, low budget films? Mr Abrar is truly delusional.
Please, do not work with this filmmaker!
