Curse of the Puppet Master (1998)
horrible!!!!!!!!!! do not watch
this movie sucks and is in no mean entertaining. the only cool thing is the killer puppets!! and the creepy music. i hardly know the names of the characters because they were barely mentioned.
the horrible plot: a country boy working at a gas station starts working for a puppet master while Toulon(the puppet master) plans to turn the boy into a puppet. the acting is outrageously pitiful. the boy seems half asleep throughout the movie. it is not scary! spare yourself the 90 minutes and watch a good movie. avoid at all costs. this movie is so boring too. i don't know how/why i finished it. it looks so good on the DVD cover but it is so bad. i hated it.1/10. i haven't seen any other movies in this series but i'm sure they are somewhat better. at least waist your time on those or good horror movies like Clownhouse by Victor Salva.

Friday the 13th: A New Beginning (1985)
a fake killer Jason, bad movie
this is a sequel unlike others that has a man dressed as Jason to do the killings, instead of Jason. the killer sees his sons corpse slaughtered by a young troubled man at crystal lake and decides to take revenge on a group of kids(living at the lake)- and other locals.
the end of this movie in no way relates to the start of part 6. i hate to spoil the ending but what the heck its a bad movie anyway: tommy, so mind crazed now put a hockey mask on his head and was about to kill a girl but it ended before the killing, and then in the 6th sequel hes back, not a killer, to mistakingly bring Jason back to life as a rotted corpse. that made no sense. the plot made no sense. bad acting. avoid. see part 4 it is significantly better.
Rated R for Strong Gruesome Violence, Nudity, Some Sexuality, Drug Use, and for Graphic Language
Dolls (1986)
clever, pretty good scary flick
the whole situation/plot is ludicrous. the acting is also bad but the magical/killer doll theme is funny. recommended for a slight scare and a laugh or two. it is worse than child's play 1 and 2 but in no means a copy. it is better than child's play 3 and the remainder of the series. this interested me because of the killer doll picture on the cover which always freaks me out. you will like this a lot if you are accepting the bad parts and you like killer doll flicks.
in the story a bunch of different people become stranded and stay in a mansion that is owned by two seniors that are doll makers. but they hold a secret about the dolls. the victims serve surprisingly different fates. its like a haunted fairy tale.

Evil Dead II (1987)
Really Bad, way different than first
so funny, so ridiculous. TERRIBLE it makes no sense whatsoever how ash returned to the cabin after his horrifying prior experience. so stupid. the book was back after it was thrown in the fire. this makes no sense. none of anything in the story does. the ending is the most laughable thing you'll ever watch. i hope the director who now directed spider man 1-3 knows it is not to be taken seriously. not scary, not really any gore, terrible acting i should spare you with the miserable plot but it should be stated: ash takes his girlfriend to the cabin and i don't know how he returned from the ending of part 1 and terrifying things occur while book of the dead researchers come to investigate while horrific things occur. themes and images are strongly suggested to not be viewed by young kids go rent the first one it is OK and way better. it is actually somewhat scary. only watch it for a laugh-Evil Dead 2.
Rated NC-17 for Graphic Horror Violence and Gore, and for Explicit/Intense Zombie Images.
