Moyi dumky tykhi (2019)
Incredibly soulful film!
I'm just shocked, I really liked the movie. I think that this film will be to the liking of people who live in Ukraine, found those grandparents, moms and dads who flaunted to relatives the merits of their sons and daughters. Parents who love their children very much may even leave them to live until they find housing, or they may be evicted from their homes. The theme of religion in the film is very familiar to all children and adults, these Orthodox prejudices that can not be done. The problem of women who have divorced their husbands, found a young man, and receive gifts from him ... The theme of loneliness, not listening. A good cliché moment with the robbery of the protagonist on the train))) This film shows the real life of our citizens, without jewelry, without the confrontation of rich and poor, bandits and cops in stupid Russian series. This movie shows. Us. Ukrainians. Those who we are! Very cool neon music, just honey for the ears.
Tini zabutykh predkiv (1965)
Fantastic, emotionally impressive movie
To be honest, at first it seemed to me that I was watching it incomprehensibly, a lot of film critics and famous figures of Ukrainian cinema praised this film, before watching it I had the impression that it is an unquestionably undisputed masterpiece. They weren't mistaken, a very powerful film, first of all emotionally, which, at first, seems nonsense because it was made in 1964, and even in the Soviet Union, where they hated the Ukrainian language and considered Ukrainians a fictional people. I liked the actors, some Ukrainian songs and the ringing of a bell in the stage with divination. I did not like the fact that the timing is very small, the events flow very quickly, that you do not have time to understand what is happening. I think that every Ukrainian has the right to watch this wonderful film.
