Death Note: Desu nôto: Nakama (2007)
A Hard Choice
With Light and Misa Amane loosing their memory of being Kira, everyone is on edge, especially L who becomes a little disheartened. Light atteempts to help and even finds a pattern in the killings and traces it back to the Yotsuba Company. The Company to avoid being ivestigated bribe the Police to quitting their ivestigation, leaving a hard choice for the task force who have to quit pursuing Kira or give up their livelihood. The Choice is especially difficult for officer Aizawa who has a familly to raise, which in my opinion brings one of the most emotional scenes in the series thus far, especially if you're a parent.
Death Note: Desu nôto: Totsunyû (2006)
Kira?
An episode that just keeps you engaged through and through, and scratching your head as someone claiming to be Kira takes over a TV broadcating network, demanding a series of tapes be broadcated and then starts killing people left and right, going so far as killing a member of the taskforce and leaves L shaking. Driving Chief Yagami out of the hospital to really save the day. A very suspensful and great episode with many twist and turns.
Death Note: Desu nôto: Sesshoku (2006)
Kira cracks under pressure
In a totally unexpected move L reveals himself to Light in the entrance ceromony in hopes of pressuring Kira. And boy does it work.
Light almost looses it but is able to maintain calm until the end of Ceromony.
But as soon as he reaches home in his room he breaks down saying he has never be so humilated in his life.
The laugh he belts out is truly creepy and even catches Ryuk off gaurd.
You sense Kira being cornered even going as far to say he'd kill L with his owns hand if necessary.
Death Note: Desu nôto: Mesen (2006)
Battle of two great minds
The episode really highlights L's and Light's smarts in obe trying to outwit one another which is really interesting to see. I also loved to see Light's father Chief Yagami dedication to his work, letting his own familly be spied on even in the bathroom. Also seeing Light manipulate Ryuk into helping him by using his apple addiction had me rolling lol.
Death Note: Desu nôto: Donten (2006)
A thriller episode done right
There's so much twist and turns in this episode that just keeps you on the edge of your seat for the entire episode. Overcast really shows Kira's brilliance and ruthlessness in his quest for "Justice", a must see for sure!
Tangled: The Series: Queen for a Day (2017)
It's not easy being Queen
So we finally get to see the devastating effects the black rocks are having in Corona. We also see Rapunzel finally really realizing the heavy responsibility of being heir to to the throne, having to take make some really hard decisions even though it doesn't pleases everyone maybe even creating some enemies. Rapunzel is really uncertain of anything by the end of it all. Really good episode overall.
Tangled: The Series: Big Brothers of Corona (2017)
I'm just bawling my eyes out. Must be the best episode of the season
The Story starts with Eugene and his friend Lance helping the Guards train to catch a master thief called the "Silent Striker". To prove their worth they capture the culprit. Only to be given the order by the King to rehabilitate the captured and by doing so recover the stolen things. Eugene and Lance the two former thieves try to help the "Silent Striker" change his ways and form a real bond. But Eugene not quite able to convince the thief to turn over a new leaf asks Rapunzel for help. She then reminds him that you can't change people but you can only wait for them when they decide to change themselves (as Rapunzel did for Eugene), saying this she realizes herself that she might have been a little too pushy with Casandra. The story is well written, with really funny bits and a beautiful message and really moved me to tears. A shame we don't find out the name of the Silenct Striker though but really hope to be seeing more of the character in future episodes. Overall a solid 10/10.

A real tearjerker 😿

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations: Yuki no hi no kioku (2018)
Finally more of Shikdai
Episode starts with civil unrest in the Village caused by the Byakuya Gang.
Ryogi finds Shikadai to play Shogi a game they last into the night. We finally start to see Shikdai's skill and feelings when he proves Ryogi is part of theByakuya Gang.
Even so he does nothing to stop him except try to talk him out of it which proves futile, as well as exposing Shikdai's lack of resolve in anything and he himself maybe starting to come to terms with that himself.
Anyway the story finally starts to develop Shikdai's personality and I hope we get more of it.

Not for everyone I guess...
I see surprisingly a lot of hate on this episode. But I loved this episode, we finally get a better background of the antognists of the show, and they really shine in a very subtle but a very impactful way. It is important to note about Zuko, Azula, Tai Li and Mei and that is they're Teenagers not just that but they group in the Elite part of society. I guess that really isn't so relatable to the majority (and maybe why some don't really get it) but reinforces the idea that even though they grew up in wealthy families they all had hard lives with little to no freedom not understanding Basic human interaction as well as dealing with very high expectations from their families. These things has taken a toll on each one of the characters and each one copes with this pressure in their own way. It's really great to see all of them try to act as "normal" teenagers and I greatly sympathize with and the way they open about themselves at the end was really moving. As for Ang and his squad they get hunted by an assassin who finds them thanks to Angs indescretion. It's frustrating at times seeing Ang fooling about even though he is supposed to be the saviour of the world but we must remember he is a kid and it's to be expected. Really great episode overall though I guess it's not for everyone.

So much in so few...
What an incredible episode. There are whole movies that don't show this much character development yet this 20mins episode accomplished this so astoundingly. What a beautiful episode that really highlights the character of the show in such subtle ways. The episode gives short narratives to each character, starting with the girls Katara and Toph take a day at the spa and finally get a chance to bond and understand each other under calmer circumstances. Then we get the tale of uncle Iroh and his gentleness and wisdom as well as we get to see him cope his own pain... Next we see Ang and his drive to help and find solutions by helping some animals, while Sokka is up to his shenanigans again. After that we see Zuko go on a Date and see himself torn by the double life he is living. We even see Momo's tale as he also misses Appa and goes looking for him. So much in such few minutes, really one of the Best episodes of the season.
Young Justice: Coldhearted (2012)
One of the Best
This episode is definitely one of the best so far. It starts of with Wally's 16th birthday, everything seems to be turning out well for him, untill the team gets called to help take down floating fortresses causing severe snow storms. The team is split into groups each assisting the Justice League in taking down the threat. While Wally gets stuck with a solo delivery mission, seemingly simple, to Wally's disappointment. But things take an unexpected turn when he encounters trouble delivery the package which may have something to do with all the events unfolding. Their is some great writing, and displays well Kid Flash's traits.
Titans: Faux-Hawk (2019)
Clears up so much!!
Really enjoyed this episode, made everything clear, like oh... that's why... But wish they had done it a little earlier, still probably the best episode of the second half of this season.
