Yes, we've seen this plot before, but, nevertheless, entertaining. Jennifer Carpenter is terrific in lead role. Maybe I have a low bar when it comes to tv shows so that's why the low ratings surprise me. Acting is decent, writing is decent and storyline is decent. I do like shows like this: Blacklist, Blind Spot, etc. They are in no way stand out tv shows, but for me, they are an hour of fun entertainment and sometimes that's all I need

Angelina Jolie is a great action film actress. I think she's an underrated actress in general, but definitely she does action flicks well. Why they didn't do a sequel I don't understand. She kicks ass just as well as the boys: Matt Damon in Bourne flicks and Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible flicks. Someone said she was unbelievable because she was a skinny chick beating up strong men. Give me a break. It's an action film not a documentary and besides what's wrong with having women do fun action movies like the guys. Hooray for Maggie Q; Kate Beckinsale; Milla jovich. We need more women action heroines. If you want a fun action film with a woman kicking ass then I highly recommend salt. Now I can hardly wait for the new female Doctor Who- it's about time

It wasn't Hitchcock, but for me it was a fun, entertaining thriller. I happen to like Kate Beckinsale. Not every movie is a gem, but I thought this was a good B flick

i have been reading several of the reviews for this show & i don't understand why people are so upset with the lack of realism. one person wrote that it is an insult to scientists. its a fictitous show, not a documentary. i'm a viewer being entertained, not a scientist picking out the flaws in this show. the acting is decent, the script is fine & the mystery is above average. some people compared this to the TV show lost saying its not nearly as good. yes, i watched lost & that show made no sense on many occasions & the conclusion was a real disappointment. for syfy channel, this is a decent show. one thing i do agree on is one of the reviewers said the following depicted all the fbi agents as stupid, except for kevin bacon. i agree with that. if you are looking for realism then i suggest watching documentaries, not fantasy, scifi shows. maybe i'm just not that fussy, but this show, in my humble opinion, is entertaining, not thought provoking, which i don't expect from the syfy channel. its great escapism.
