I have only watched the first 3 episodes. However, this series is so disappointing and I will not be watching anymore. Samantha's character is very much missed. Miranda has become an alcohol who has decided to start taking weed at 55 to make her life more interesting. Charlotte daughter doesn't feel like a girl or want to be called a girl. Ofcourse so the show can tick yet another minority box. The show is no longer funny or entertaining.

The non binary character is completely annoying and trying desperately to be funny and failing. The only interesting actor/character to be added is Brady as a teenager. Everyone involved should have turned this project down. This simply ruins the legacy of the original series.

Terminator: Dark Fate (2019)

This movie is let down within the first 5 minutes

I have such mixed feelings on this film. On the positive side Terminator Dark Fate is entertaining, fast paced, has great action scenes and features excellent performances from the cast.

However, John Connor is murdered (as a young teenager) within the first 5 minutes of the movie. As a result Sarah Connor spends the rest of her life heart broken, alone and getting drunk every night until she passes out. These are much loved characters and I just cannot get past this awful storyline. James Cameron has said that killing John Connor was his idea and I just cannot understand why he thought than fans would like this storyline. More to the point I cannot believe that the movie studio agreed to this and spent 200 million dollars on this movie. They must have known that fans would be very upset by this plot twist. Linda Hamilton has also stated in previous interviews that she turned down Terminator 3 Rise of the Machines because in the original script Sarah Connor dies halfway through and there is no time to morn her. Yet this is exactly what has happened to John Connor in Terminator Dark Fate and she agreed to be in the movie. That has also shocked me.

The new villain gets his ass kicked at every opportunity (despite the fact that it can turn into 2 terminators at once) which fails to create much tension at key moments of the film. Dani Ramos was a sweet, likeable character. However, I could not take her seriously at all during the scene when she is revealed to be the future leader of mankind. Sorry but this is girl power gone mad and her character just did not convince me at this point of the story.

I think Terminator Dark Fate would have been much better with a few plot changes. First of all John should not have been killed off. Both Sarah and John should have returned to fight the new Terminator. We could have then seen John as the strong here he was always meant to be. Arnie returning was not really needed. Arnie playing the hero has been used already in3 previous sequels and added nothing to the story. I would have preferred a way to bring Robert Patrick back to protect Dani as a plot twist. Also Dani brother was a very likeable character for the short time he was on screen. I personally would have preferred if both Dani and her brother were revealed to be the future leaders and he had survived.

The Secret Circle (2011–2012)

Please bring this show back

The fact that this excellent show got cancelled after only 1 season is an absolute crime in television. There was so much potential and the show ended on a major cliffhanger. I just don't understand why the CW network does not care about the fans of their tv shows. I hope that one day this show will come back. It would be great if the original cast came back but I would still watch if they recast.

Roswell, New Mexico (2019–2022)

Great first episode

My review is based solely on the first episode. As a huge fan of the original series, I wanted a direct sequel with the same cast to continue their story. However, the American tv networks and studios (for whatever reason) decided to instead give us a reboot with a new cast and story. This has upset lots of fans of the original series, some of whom are determined to hate this new series no matter what. Having watched the first episode however, I am very impressed so far. The new Max and Liz are excellent. I love that the writers have changed the story and characters and are shaking thinks up. I still live in hope that we will get a proper sequel to the original someday. However, I think this new series has to potential to be excellent.

Kidnap (I) (2017)

I really enjoyed this movie.

This movie kept me gripped from start to finish. Halle Berry is always fun to watch and she has become a very underrated actress in recent years. Halle has to completely carry this movie as there is a very limited cast and she does a great job. Exciting thrillers like this seem to be few and far between these days sadly. This movie needs to be seen by more people.

Allegiant (2016)

Excellent from start to finish

I really enjoyed this movie. I have not read the books but I feel like people really give these movies a hard time because of the Hunger Games comparison. All the cast give an amazing performance and the movie left me wanting more. My only complaint with the movie was the ending when Evelyn gets shot 3 times and then gets up 5 minutes later and walks around like nothing had happened. Further more everybody who saw her get shot did not seem to think it was strange when she got up and walked around. Apart from this one minor complaint I thought the movie was entertaining from start to finish.If you liked the first two movies you will love this. I am really looking forward to the next movie.

Terminator Genisys (2015)

Complete waste of time!!!!

This movie is just a complete mess. The plot is all over the place and you never once believe that any of the characters are in any danger. There is no tension or excitement and the fights scenes are very short and unoriginal. All the villain terminators are killed very easily, which again makes the movie lack any tension. The cast all do their best but are let down by a rubbish script.

I appreciate the fact that they tried to do something different with this movie but it just didn't work. The magic of James Cameron's original movies is well and truly gone. Arnie is clearly only back for the paycheck.
