Blue Crush (2002)
Blah
16 August 2002
Ok, so my friends and I watched this movie last night at a Sneak Preview. It didn't make that big of an impact on us. We just didn't think it was a good movie. In fact, it was a bad movie. In fact, for some reason the projector mysteriously shut off three times during the movie, and we all agreed that maybe even God thought it sucked so much he didn't want us to watch it.

Thirteen Days (2000)
Actually Starring a Kennedy
30 December 2001
I thought that it was interesting that this movie actually starred a real life Kennedy. Christopher Lawford (Commander William B. Ecker) is the son of Peter and Pat (Kennedy) Lawford, and nephew to JFK and RFK.

Other than that, I really enjoyed this movie...then again I am a political science major focusing on International Relations.

Jekyll Island (1998)
A Citizen of Jekyll
6 May 2001
I only caught the end of this movie, but I thought it was neat as a citizen of Jekyll for the last 20 years, I dont remember a movie being made with this title...I remember a movie starring Robert Redford (I cant remember the title) and I remember the latest movie filmed here (The Legend of Bagger Vance) but I cant remember this one. Yet, without a doubt it is Jekyll, down to SummerWaves (the water park) and Clam Creek (the pier and the beach with the overblown trees). The only thing i noticed that I did not approve of is that SummerWaves and Clam Creek are on opposite sides of the island, not right next to each other as the movie suggests.....

Dracula 2000 (2000)
Yummy
26 December 2000
Personally, i loved Dracula 2000. And i have read many comments who say that the guy who played Drac. wasn't right for the part. As a vampire movie fan, i've noticed that one of the things that dracula must have is known as the "thrall." it is the ability to make women want to be with him no matter what. a perfect example is jennifer esposito in the movie, when she goes to him. Mary is another example. My friend and I, watching the movie, felt the thrall whenever he looked into the camera. I LOVED THIS MOVIE.
