It's an Occult movie

I wasn't going to write, but when I saw the low score, I had to add my two cents. I found it an interesting occult movie. There are several movies that are similar. The general plot is a Devil's book is found and used to kill or hurt anyone that hurts the writer/holder/owner of the book. I kind of suspected the end but not until the end of the movie I could say 'I told you so' moment. I wish there was more gore and more images of the injuries sustained. I actually enjoyed it & recommend it to anyone that enjoys a good occult movie.

Shelter (I) (2014)

Life.... for too many.

This is a very realistic look at the life of a homeless woman in New York. Girl meets boy love story. Just add that they have nowhere to live and nothing to eat. And if you get sick on the streets your terrible life gets 100 times worse. My heart goes out to people that end up on the streets. Great but sad movie. Acting is very believable.

I couldn't turn it off fast enough

Acting is AWFUL! All I can say is if I got hurt you'd hear me screaming at the top of my lungs. And as for him, he'd be screaming my name as if he really cared about me. Her crying makes me want to stuff my ears with cotton. Friggin irritating. I actually wasted 30 minutes of my life watching this. I didn't or could even get to the contagious part of the movie. It was sooooo bad.

Silent Predators (1999 TV Movie)

If you love snakes this movies for you!

A good movie in general. Lots of snakes...BIG venomous snakes. I'm pretty sure most were real snakes. Great plot, good acting, fascinating movie. I'm disappointed in the end. People wouldn't stand around. Gees it's snakes for goodness sakes. Run for your lives!

Borderline Murder (2011 TV Movie)

Much better than what I expected

Cheap cosmetic surgery lures many clueless people into danger. Both women & men. Trying to find her sister in Mexico, where her family believes she's travelled to get 'touched up'. It's a good suspenseful drama. What will happen next? Who can survive? And especially who can you trust? Well watch the movie to find out. My husband & I were enthralled in this mystery. No gore, very little nudity, very little swearing. Interesting movie.

Alien Invasion: S.U.M.1 (2017)

Not worth the watch

I read all the reviews to see if this would be a good movie. Most said wait till the end. So I watch the first 30 minutes got bored and fast forwarded on and off through the movie. When there was 30 minutes left and we started watching a movie again. There was nothing worth the wait. I wouldn't watch it again but I guess some parts were OK.

Sci-fi and gore

This movie started out weird. It looks like it might be a crime drama of the future. But it ends up it's all computerized android futuristic politics. It really is a good movie and I want to attract all ages to watch and enjoy this movie. They mention sexpots sex bots a little too often. But this movie does have quite a variety of genres. You've got Gore, crime, over the top violence, lots of shooting, sex & romance.

Cruel Will (2014)

Slightly scary but not a horror movie

I read some of the reviews and thought it would be an awful movie, but it wasn't. Different yes but no really a horror, even though there's blood & brutality. I found it makes you want to see what happens next.

100% better than Blair Witch. A surprise around every corner. Beware of your best friend & his exciting business adventures. Very interesting storyline that makes you NEVER want to visit haunted house! Loved every minute. There could be more real gore, blood & guts. Get your popcorn & turn off the lights. Enjoy!!

Don't expect a huge twist

I had heard it a great movie. And as you can see I only gave it a 6, so no it wasn't a 'great' movie. This is a great concept, but how the writers messed it up. They took It iout of the 'horror' theme as it has been categorized. Drama, a bit of mystery but no nail biting scenes or hide your eyes. Disappointed with the outcome. But hopefully one day they'll do this subject right. Just more realism.

This movie captures your soul and shakes the sanity out of you. You become more than absorbed, you're captivated & enraptured by this movie. The acting was great, especially with each rerun. The plot really has never been explored before. It's intriguing, suspenseful, and most of all thought provoking. Enjoy this cinematic wonder. And be warned now, you will never forget this journey 'through the looking glass'❗

Disappointing!

With all the reviews I read, I thought maybe some good gore or something a bit untame. But NO... no major gore... hardly any blood! Could have also had a great sexual tone.. but NO. None, nota, nothing. It wasn't even a good horror movie. Great idea, but lacked so badly in a good horror or gore movie. Lost 1 1/2 hours for nothing.

Started watching it today and can't believe how great it is. Being that everyone is so involved in texting and their smartphones, this is where we are heading. The storyline is about the death of a very rich owner of a tech company's daughter. Posts are made to the general public through their phones. And if you have information about it you answer the post and adding all this together can solve murders & crimes. It proves the little guy can make a difference with one tweet.

Something the Lord Made (2004 TV Movie)

Amazing

This was one of the best movies I've ever watched. The hope & spirit of the future. I wasn't sure if this was going to be a religious movie or not, but decided to see what it was all about. And I'm so glad I did. It doesn't have anything to do directly with the Lord but with the gift he bestowed upon us. The medical profession in the 30's, was an amazing time to be part of something bigger. This movie is based on a true story, and is about man and his 'assistant'. With the love of a good woman & supportive friends you can make miracles happen. I believe that this movie hits on so many emotions. It will satisfy your need to believe in yourself.

I truly enjoyed the acting in this movie. Rickman is a great actor and always enjoy all of his movies. And Mos Def plays his part very well (he plays a very humble man who doesn't fight for what acknowledgment he deserves.

The show was inspirational, new and unique. The complex world can be explained if given the right circumstances. We need the answers that the show gives. Making (even tho it's just a show) us feel 'peace of mind' and comfort and making it all make sense. The show is about a very special boy who sees the world different than most of us. With the help of his father (Kiefer Sutherland), they somehow every week make the world a little smaller and life a little brighter. By changing one small thing in your life, like turning 'left' instead of turning 'right' the differences can be amazing or devastating. This show shows you how amazing life can be.

They have canceled the show. But you can watch it on DVD or on the web. It's worth the time!!
