Just Married (2003)
Surprisingly touching, but otherwise unsurprising romantic comedy
Ashton and Britany both did a good job of making the audience laugh, as well as sympathize with the plights of their star-crossed romance. The movie did a good job of having a heart while trying to make us laugh.
Red Planet (2000)
Decent Action / Suspense, Thin Plot / Acting
Carrie Anne Moss in the shower was worth the price of admission for me. Minus her 'talents', the movie was your run of the mill cheesy action film. Everyone's in constant danger, only the select few will survive to see the end of the picture. No surprises, no profound revelations. I saw a 10:00 showing, I'm writing this review and going to bed. I doubt I will ever again waste a serious thought on this movie. It wasn't badly done, but it wasn't anything to write home about. Just 2 hours worth of polished hollywood entertainment with nothing underneath the costumes and lights.
Secret Cutting (2000)
eye opening
great movie...not a subject I knew much about, but it was very intriguing...much better than the standard made for tv movie...great performance by Kimberlee Peterson. I hope she'll be onscreen a lot more.
