I wasn't bored!

For the first time in a while I wasn't bored while watching an episode of this show, it actually felt like I was watching something akin to actual horror. Awesome callback to the 1996 version!

An episode after my own heart :')

Such a pleasant surprise to see components of the original narrative woven into such a creative and fun new episode plot! Loved the incorporation of Salem's character and so many of the other elements in this storyline, and I can honestly say that this episode was thoroughly enjoyable.

Some reviewers mentioned a creepy 'twilight zone' feeling to this episode, and I couldn't agree more. Love the horror tones mixed with all the nostalgia. Great episode!

Awesome trip to the twilight zone

I'm bingewatching season 4 and if the last episode holds the quality of the whole season, then CAOS ends on an all time high. This episode is by far one of the best. To see the original Hilda and Zelda including talking Salem in the parallel universe is only the cherry on the top. So much nostalgia woven into an always interesting and gripping plot. The story is so eerie and mysterious, it has a very special vibe to it. And mixed in all that is that always bittersweet feeling of the coming good bye to all this old and new beloved characters. They all grew on me over the last years. I tip my hat to you, series makers!

Surprising

I really liked this episode. I think it's my favorite of the season. It's a nice new original take. I don't have a lot to say about. It has a bit of plot holes but still really fun and a good episode.

I like this episode really much because of the story and how unusual and original it was.

A Behind-the-Scenes

For a show that has been really cheesy, musical, time waster for me (I started watching, now I just feel compelled to finish even though it bores me so much), this episode was a cute way to show the stages, how it's done, and some interesting things about how these shows are made.

I loved Em Haines' single line, too.

Far from perfect, but a clever and imaginative episode that had me hooked.

Cheesy
Calicodreamin10 January 2021
Fourth wall breaks are often really fun, but a whole episode dedicated to one just didn't work for me. It felt very cheesy and tried way too hard.

At least we learn why Roberto's shows are so bad
gacsogergely18 November 2021
His ars poetica is: "nothing changes. Even when it seems it does, it doesn't".

That's why he never takes the effort or responsibility.

This is why his shows are bad, this is why his shows fail - also his comicbooks.

This is why though originaly Sabrina-B was transfered to the Sabrina The Teenage Witch show, now we are instead in the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina mateverse. We are cheated on the premise - again.

And despite he knows he is cheating us, I can clearly see him imagining himself as Sisyphus, Hero Magnificient. Robert has a hero-complex. And avoids choices and responsibility. Sabrina is Roberto's self-insert.

And just like in the show the universe had to get rid of Sabrina Spellman to survive - in real life the Archieverse has to get rid of Roberto to not wither away.
