Japan is a country with unique and fascinating food. Seeing what they were preparing tonight was also exciting. I was happy for Darren to be on the winning team as it was very important for him because of his restaurant at home. That crust on shashimi was definitely something I would try, Although I once again would try all of it. And I am also impressed how well Graham did considering that it was his first Japanese cooking event. Sea urchin was a fun idea. And at this stage all dishes were perfect which we can see because the losing dish was simply too big. The decorations of the plates were really great with their messages.
