Sex & Nudity

  • A woman is shown in a bathtub. She is naked but no sensitive areas are shown and she has an arm over her breasts.
  • A man jokes that a woman had to perform oral sex on someone in "the fashion police" in order to get away with wearing an ugly outfit.
  • A man implies that another man has a habit of having sex with much older women.
  • A joke is made about a woman shooting ping pong balls from her vagina.
  • A man and woman have a frank discussion about his past sexual attraction towards her. This includes talking about her body in a sexual manner and about him thinking about her while masturbating.
  • Jokes are made about a man having a nice car to compensate for a small penis.
  • Three friends play a game of "Fuck, Marry, Kill."
  • A woman runs around draped in a bedsheet. She is later given back her shirt, and we see her in a bra as she puts the shirt back on.

Violence & Gore

  • A drunk teenager crashes his van, killing another person off-screen. The drunk teenager survives but is shown with blood dripping down his forehead. The aftermath is shown with a white van engulfed in flame. It's distressing but not very graphic.
  • A man is stabbed in the back of the neck with a knife. His corpse is later seen tied to a lamp, with a bloody wound in the front of his neck.
  • A tiger mascot wields a blood-covered butcher knife and slits a woman's throat with it. However, the scene quickly cuts before anything graphic is shown.
  • A man has his hands and fingers mutilated with a knife. The bloody, chopped-up hands are shown, but the hands are comically fake, clearly plastic and not even the right skin tone of the victim.
  • A woman's corpse is shown with blood covering her slit throat (the slit isn't visible).
  • A woman hits herself several times with a rolling pin.
  • A woman falls down a flight of stairs off-screen. Only the aftermath with her lying face down at the bottom is shown.
  • A woman trips and hits her head, knocking her unconscious.

Profanity

  • Two uses of the word "cunt"
  • Two uses of the middle finger.
  • A lot of sexual dialogue in the first half of the film, though much of it is humorous and light-hearted.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • A teenager is shown driving while drinking and taking pills. He ends up crashing his van as a result.
  • A group of friends is shown drinking wine for an extended period of the film.
  • A man smokes marijuana briefly. He is later chastised for it by his girlfriend.
  • A woman lights a cigarette using a waffle maker before smoking it.
  • A man jokes about having a painkiller addiction.
  • A man and woman share a bottle of wine and get drunk. The man later remarks that he thinks he's seeing things due to the alcohol.
  • A man walks through a park and drinks from a bottle wrapped in newspaper. When a police officer stops him, he spits the alcohol at her and runs off.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The beginning of the film shows a drunk teenager crashing his van, killing another person inside. While not very graphic, the editing and scoring make the scene rather jarring.
  • A killer in a tiger costume stalks, terrorizes and murders several people.
  • People are murdered and sometimes mutilated in sadistic and gruesome ways. However, the low-budget and surreal nature of the film makes these scenes less realistic, but still emotionally intense and disturbing.

Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Violence & Gore

  • A man has his arm cut off with a knife. The killer then uses the bone from the arm to stab the man through the neck. The editing is very quick, making it hard to tell what's going on, but there is very little blood.
  • A woman is stabbed in the head, killing her instantly. There is a minimal amount of blood near the point of impact.
  • A tiger mascot chokes themselves with a jacket before passing out.
  • A tiger mascot chokes a woman until she falls to the ground. She then kicks them and runs off.
  • A tiger mascot stabs a police officer in the back (no blood is shown.)
  • The lead character and the tiger mascot get into a prolonged fight (no blood shown).
  • A woman stabs a tiger mascot in the stomach, who then falls to the ground and vanishes out of thin air (no blood shown).
  • The main character slits her wrists with a stapler remover. Unlike much of the violence prior to this scene, the suicide attempt is portrayed rather realistically and in drawn-out detail. Blood is shown coming from her wrists and she passes out on a couch (she is luckily discovered). However, she survives the attempt and is shown recovering in a hospital, with bandages on her arms.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The second half of the movie takes a much more surreal and nightmarish turn, with scenes making less and less sense as they go along. This could be disturbing for some viewers due to the sudden change in tone from schlocky low-budget horror to surrealism.
  • Themes of depression, suicide and self-harm are pervasive throughout the film, ultimately resulting in a disturbing climax. People suffering from mental illness or depression may be triggered by the film's themes.
  • The film ends with the main character attempting suicide. Unlike the other moments of violence in the film, this is portrayed rather realistically and in drawn-out detail. It's a very disturbing scene that is sure to upset people who have depression or suicidal thoughts.
