The best episode of the show so far
drsavior17 April 2018
Exceptional acting by Tom Ellis and the rest of the cast. The plot was amazing and very unique, one of the few times the show had me hooked from the first minute. The build-up towards the last scene was seriously intense. Hope to see more episodes follow this direction! Congrats to everyone involved in creating this episode.

Just wow!

One of the best episodes in the history of Lucifer. Lovely acting by Tom Ellis. Absolutely loved the story! Tom Ellis has outdone himself in this episode. I just can't get over on how epic this episode was!

Well that was some intense episode :D
Aktham_Tashtush16 April 2018
I think this episode was the most intense this season ,, and definitely the most rewarding.

Lucifer lost it ,, i usually hate it when he seems venerable i mean he's the devil ,, but aside from all of that, it still bugs me he can't reveal the truth to Chloe !! i think things might get more open when she see and know the truth..

I think "fingers crossed" all of what happen this season so far is a preface to finale that could be a Lucifer finally be able to show his face/wings for Chloe.

Warning: Spoilers
Marcus shows Chloe to the evidence room where they have sex. Ella hears next door and says get it Decker!

I love Charlotte Richards's outfit and hair in this episode. I also like Chloe's half-up half-down hairstyle.

Lucifer is worried he is unknowingly using his wings and saving ppl unconsciously in his sleep after reading about an angel.

He decides not to sleep and parties with two women and does crazy things to get him to stat awake.

Turns out it was all a scheme from Maze and Cain. Maze planted that angel figurine in his room and took off the cuffs he put on himself. She went to save the family from the killer wearing angel wings herself.

Cain goes to Chloe's but then chickens out when she is about to say I love you. Lucifer drives to Chloe's and the driving scene is so beautiful with the lights and his frantic eyes. Chloe is fine and Lucifer steps out before she notices. He goes to Cain's and attacks him. He points out Cain's mark is gone.

Please let this be the episode that turns the corner.

A couple of episodes ago I was about to throw the towel in, but this episode is definitely moving in the right direction and I'm back to looking forward to new episodes again. I'm still not liking where Maze is heading and more needs to be done with the supporting characters; there was only one scene with Dr Linda, who I think has the best attitude of all the characters, but if the show continues in this vein I'll remain a viewer.

Didn't quite gel with me

This episode didn't quite work. Pierce and Chloe's relationship didn't jive. Maze and Pierce's ultimate plan to trick Lucifer didnt work either. I didn't get where it was going.

As for the subplot, I know where it was going toward her revelation about her true nature, but I thought it was poorly written.

Losing Momentum
francogrex16 April 2018
I liked Lucifer from the outset and for a long time it hasn't been disappointing. However I feel it starts now to lose momentum. I'm afraid if they don't progress things faster and if they keep the obviously expected hanging on, the audience will lose patience and the ratings will consequently drop. This is what happened with another series "the Blacklist": they had the chance to bring it to another level at a certain point but they didn't, they decided to drag it out and milk it further. It was a lost bet as the disappointed viewers lost patience and dropped it. I hope the creators of Lucifer won't make the same mistake.

Yes, this episode was a little better...but still........
garabedian12318 April 2018
I laughed a little bit in this episode, which is more thank I can say for the last 10 episodes. This one had some good in it, but...it was also overshadowed by how bad it was. It was like a mixing of 2 directors, sharing the episode like it was dessert. This whole Maze thing..is so dumb.. SO very dumb . Part of this episode was pretty good and part of it was really bad. And I mean Really bad. Charlotte RIchards...I mean, did she leave her brain in hell. There is no way she could have become so stupid so quickly. And this brings be back to the dual personality of the episode.
