The king of country music Garth had a powerful hit in early 1991 this "The Thunder Rolls" was one country upbeat ballad that told of an abusive husband having an affair and cheating on his wife. The scenes also show of his passion and lust with a mistress only things change and come to a violent means and end after returning home from being with his mistress. Really good song that sends a message about the dangers of marital affairs as it was one of Garth's better hit songs and memorable hit videos.
