What happened?!

I thought I'd be in for a treat. First episode was 9 minutes long/short but whatever. I was invested. Then after a solid long 20 minute episode 2 I was convinced it would be my new favorite show to binge. Then nothing.......what happened?!

Why only two episodes?

Especially as FBI girl is listed as being in 7 and Sean is listed as being in three. This had real promise, Dexter with teeth. quite nicely shot too.

Ran past this while scrolling. Loved so pretty. So dark was the start if something good. Where is the rest of this story?

Actors were good. Story it was interesting would like to see more episodes. Though he was a killer seemed more like a hero. I have seen other movies similarities and were the same but lame actors. Keep up the good work and make more. Hope your listening, cause today seems like no one listens any way.

Here's a question. Why in the world would they not continue a great wining series as SO DARK? I can't believe it has be around since 2016 and I have not heard of it. A true same this has not had a long run.

So disappointed there are not more!

I loved this show and was sad there weren't more episodes to see. There was a little campiness with the police officer and crackhead, they needed more time to develop the plot, but all and all-I Got a kick out of it and wanted to see more. I thought the short episodes were great.

Great Start

I stumbled upon this when Prime sidetracked me one Sunday afternoon, found it intriguing and settled in, after that first 9 minute intro, to an afternoon binging the season...and two episodes - that's it. Somebody missed an opportunity here. Is it too late?

Depending on how one defines horror, I'm always on the lookout for new, quality horror. I was especially drawn to this show when I realized that it makes fun of some of the more recent, silly horror concepts, so I dove in.

First off, I didn't realize when I started watching that there are only two episodes. How and why two episodes constitutes a "season" I can't say; I don't know the story behind this. My rating is based on my combined rating for each individual episode.

I found the episodes to be uneven. The first was highly original, although that being said, it's a type of idea that can only be used well once per series. Elements of the first ep play like a romantic comedy, other elements like a thriller. It all comes together in a very creative way.

The second episode has a jarring tonal shift, to something more like a piece of Hannibal Lechter lore. Still enjoyable, but not in that same way as the first ep, and with more than a dash of fan service thrown in.

If they make more, I'll at least try them out.

I am always looking for a new horror show. I was excited to scroll past this on Amazon. I managed to get through the first episode. The acting and/or written dialogue was terrible but I decided to give the 2nd episode a try anyway. I made it about 5 minutes before I had to quit. Bad acting/dialogue just ruined it for me.

Where's the rest of it ?

I was ready to settle down for the afternoon for the 1 season,only to find that length is only 30 minutes total, why? It's an interesting premise and is crying to be further developed. While it looked a bit cheap and the script and acting could do with a bit of polishing, I found it engaging and wanted to see more.It's still a lot better than most that's available on tv at the moment. Couple of Easter eggs in it as well, particularly the glimpse of the Bauhaus album in hero's vinyl collection (Bela Lugosi's dead!). Please make some more.

Yay Vampires

I am so sad that there are only two episodes! That is a crime! This show should come back on! Don't you people know, this is as close to real life a vampire can get. Acting wasn't as bad as some might say. So it's maybe a B rating, but dang people watch B movies all the time. Please bring Sean back! He acts so COOL, going back and forth between eating people and wanting to save people unlike the junkie that vampire hunter shot. Please, please, please bring Sean back!!!!!!!!

Great premise, fresh take on blood-suckers that had depth and potentially for a great backstory. Seems like they ran out of money for the production, BRING IT BACK!
