- Two women kill so called 'children'
- One 'child' is shot in the head with their brain matter spewing everywhere
- Another 'child' is shot with a gun then killed with a knife
- The final 'child' is injured, then finished off with a slow throat slit
- All 'children' melt upon dying into a metallic-like substance
- At the beginning of the episode you can see a dead man with his head split open. Ash is trying to place his brain back inside his destroyed head. This scene is very graphic.
- A car is covered in blood
- A main character has a vision of himself crashing his car. During this scene you see a dead woman with blood surrounding her on the car, and a man with a metal beam impaling him through his chest. He then visions another main character coming and slowly pulling it out, during which you can clearly see his ripped skin upon where the beam has entered.
