Teresa the whole time was doing nothing but dramatising the entire dang situation. It's like she wanted the attention and drama! Oh my god. Yeah lemme send my cat with animal control, get it back, then continue to complain about its "vicious attacks" that were just meowing with ears back. The cat was obviously scared. The cat is literally just rubbing up against her and she freaks out. She doesn't deserve the cat imo.
