This is not only a spot-on parody and performance of Les Miserable ONE DAY MORE by a talented cast. Additionally, it is spot-on about the frustrations of dietary allergies. As a celiac, I relate to the journey to re-create what tastes I formerly enjoyed. I remember the nirvana that I reached when the perfect gluten-free pizza was found! The renaming of Eponine to Epi-pen was brilliant. Oat milk as a substitute for dairy leads to the question of how do you milk an oat? The performance level and talent of this cast is remarkable, and the video is very professional. I share this constantly with newly diagnosed people I meet daily in my work, and it helps them understand they are not alone. Congratulations to Michael and his friends for bringing a little bit of joy into the frustrating lives of those with serious food allergies.
