The many uses of Duct Tape
nogodnomasters22 March 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Josh (Mark L. Young) is a Hollywood go-fer for a rich movie maker and his wife. He disobeys his boss and picks up her birthday present necklace early and hides it for the weekend at his shared home while a party is going on and the owner has financial problems. Not too hard to predict as the film digresses into the home break-in genre including the turn around and ending twist.

If you haven't seen Kidman in "Trespass" I would say watch it instead. The plot was tedious. I liked Katrina Begin when she watches herself on the screen and realizes she sucks as an actress.

Guide: Swearing. Near brief sex. No nudity

Lots of Anger
bemyfriend-4018417 November 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Lots of anger. Lots of poverty amid wealth. These poverty people want a piece of the wealth; and the only way they can think of how to get it, is to steal it. I was with them, until Josh began taking hostages. Then, there were no heroes in this ugly mess. So when Josh and the pretty thief in the micro-dress steal the jewels, and the... car; who will be the primary suspect? How long will it take for Josh to get arrested? Did his employer get all of his contacts: his loaning-him-money mom, and everyone else he knows? Who will buy these hot jewels? The film is an erupting volcano of emotions; and offers little else. Seen on Tubi, the free streaming site, which has many movies; and now, live TV.

Late to the party 90s style Taratino copycat
a_chinn2 July 2017
Weak crime film about an underling who's entrusted with a million dollar necklace, but then loses it. He then has to figure out which of his shady roommates took it, while also trying to survive a couple criminals who invade their domicile. This film felt like one of those awful late 90s Tarantino copycat films that followed "Pulp Fiction" (i.e. "2 Days In The Valley," "Lucky Number Slevin," or any innumerable amount of direct- to-video dreck). Absolutely nothing to recommend here.

Hollywood crime thriller that delivers.
influxtwo12 April 2022
I actually quite enjoyed this for a one time watch. It's been a little while since a film sucked me in with its style, writing, plot, and acting. This film held my attention, had me on the edge of my seat, and had me thinking along the way. It was very well cast by all of the lead actors. I was expecting more of a weaker plot and worse acting. But I'm so glad I gave this a chance. I like these kind of Hollywood set crime thrillers and this one entertained me quite well. Free on Tubi if you want to give it a chance. For a low budget, unknown, free movie, I was very in to it. Beau knap was great in The Signal, as well as this.. and Scout Taylor Compton was pretty good here too. Whole cast delivered.

Not bad!
beelliss8812 September 2016
Warning: Spoilers
After just watching this it started out as a slap happy flick then turned somewhat dark! It kept me into it through the end and I was caught off guard how it ended! The acting was not bad and the plot was engaging to a certain extent! The L.A. aspect kept me into it throughout! I have seen many films with a similar concept, yet, it was not bad! It did have a somewhat student film theme to it but it was an engaging watch! If you want to "escape" through a film then you will! Just remember to keep your mind open to whatever and just enjoy it for what it is! Also just remember to see it for what it is worth! A film that take you away for just a little bit!
