The title refers to a big bump that has grown on Donald's foot after wearing some flip flops. Soon Mickey and Goofy are trying to figure out a way to get rid of it.
This episode has one of the longest titles and it turns out to be one of the best in the series. There's a lot of fun to be had here at poor Donald's expense because he certainly takes a beating here. Dipping the boo boo into honey? A bear comes. Goofy giving the wound a massage? You can imagine the pain. Once again the episode is told in a very quick pace and there are some nice laughs along the way. Fans of the series should have a good time.
