This "documentary" is total garbage
markgcourtney6 November 2023
Here are three examples that show why this "documentary" is total garbage:

1- A graph of temperatures over the past 4,000 years is presented which purports to show that the Medieval, Roman, and Minoan periods were all globally much "warmer" than today. But this graph is derived from just a single research "study", that was published 15 years ago in a science "journal" that was known to be a front for pseudo-scientific climate denier "research". And this "study" utilized only 18 temperature proxy datasets. Numerous proxy studies over the past 15 years, that have utilized orders of magnitude more proxy data, have completely refuted this false graph many times over.

2- There is also a claim in the documentary that, if I am recalling the value correctly, moving to net zero in the U. S. would cost $290 trillion. But this number is just at face value alone patently absurd. This is over $2 million for every household in America. With that amount of money, every household in America could install at least a dozen times as many solar panels and battery storage systems as they would ever require in order to cover ALL of their energy needs.

3- They talk about how moving to renewables would supposedly add all kinds of pollution because of non-recyclable wind turbine blades and solar panels and lithium strip mining for batteries. They dishonestly leave out the fact that fossil fuel waste products are orders of magnitude larger.
