[6.2] Pressure pointers

On season 2_episode 6: same as season 1, though, my wish was granted and I got to see the bright, daring, tenacious and lovely Mitsuki, the only one out there with a scientific and academic background that I like and respect.

Other than that, a little subpar season in comparison with season 1, with the same nonsense with Aneesha and her family and acquaintance, some lengthy dragging scenes and episodes with the British kids and an ending that is worse than the whole season.

Time to cancel the show. This time and this series, really.

Seriously!!
huskisson-3706825 October 2023
So this gang of kids walk through channel tunnel 31 miles !!! In what seems like a few hours !! No problem apart from now advanced aliens which kill army guys easily, C'mon writers , i was hooked by the trailer but ..... Mitsuki my favorite character, the only one i care about. The others can die in a bus crash into a quarry for all i care.....but wait !!!!

At the end of the day we want excitement, interest, edge of seat fear. Kids shouting stop at aliens and it working, omg all sense of dread is gone !!

Soldier guy, no one cares about him, so annoying, and the army guys never noticed him standing in the corn woth Rose by the scarecrow !!

The Maya character is now most annoying
Bordric15 October 2023
At first I thought the billionaire guy was the most annoying character now it is for sure Maya. Squealing and whining constantly and always trying to end things before they need to be. Fact is with current state of the world one person would not have much value when trying to find a solution or communication to end the conflict. Is this just another weird gay relationship writers foist on everyone constantly?

As for the rest, no idea what is going on with the wandering family, boring as always since the fight in the house last season.

SEAL is interesting and adds to the story his sleuthing is pretty cool and answers at some things. But also opens new questions up.

Kids in Paris now are fairly interesting but their plot didn't move much.

It's getting worse. I'm rooting for the aliens

Warning: Spoilers
Yet another bloody awful episode with so many coincidences I'm surprised the aliens haven't just given up. It's funny how some reviewers don't like certain characters, like the billionaire, but I think he's the most realistic character out of any of them. Deep down this a a love story. The love of a mother for her children who never seems to come out worse while any other character around her is killed or maimed. The love of a teenager for a kid taken to a French hospital and walks through the Chunnel to get to him and just happens to be found in a French hospital. The love of a woman for her dead astronaut lover. Sheesh!! The soldier or should I say ex-soldier who hasn't been recalled to active duty in the USA's hour of need. By the way where are all the dogs, cats etc that should be roaming around after all the humans have fled or dead? Did the budget not run to that or was it an inconvenience? Anyway the cinematography is as good as always. The actors do a good job of their characters being disliked. The audio is very good. Shame about the really poor storylines.
