A love story travelling across three different time periods but the result comes out to be ambiguity.

Sureshinteyum Sumalathayudeyum Hridayahariyaya Pranay katha (A Love Story of Suresh and Sumalatha)

Directed by Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval starring Rajesh Madhavan, Chitra Nair in the lead role.

The story is about the love story of Suresh and Sumalatha, the obstacles they face for their love.

Director Ratheesh had conceived this love story in a different pattern by showcasing in 3 different time zones. Editing work needs a word of appreciation as one situation depicting in multiple time periods is well portrayed.

But at the same time, me as a viewer it did not connect me as my query raised was what was that intention to showcase this love story in 3 different time zones.

Comedy elements were there but an atmos of ambiguity was there throughout.

Overall, an average watchable flick.

Loved this, not the ending

It's a great movie. There were some comedy performances, especially Pune Wala played by Jinu Joseph and Nahar played by Sudheesh were huge. The satire nature of the dialogue is an item that happens occasionally in Malayalam cinema. After watching this movie two or three times, there will certainly be many more comical layers. The Santa Claus fight is cool.

Rajesh Madhavan has done it super. Rajesh did brilliantly in sequences like Nawazuddin Siddiqui's romance scenes in Gangs of Wasseypur. The scenes from the second elope to the police station are by Rajesh are awesome. Chetan in the wheelchair, Priyesh, the ladies of the house and some great actors are seen throughout the movie.

Kunchako Boban's connection is good as he gave the case. The conclusion of the film did not make much of an impact.

It is a big canvas movie that can be seen in theatres. If you plan to watch this movie, you should go to the theatre and see it.

Anyway, This will be a hit when OTT comes out.. for sure 💪

(You should tell the person who named it, if you name it like a novel, even those who come to write a review will withdraw because they don't remember it immediately and are too lazy to type.)
